The room needs some maintenance: the bath would not engage the plug for example, making it impossible to fill. The beds creaked a bit and the tap on the kitchen was loose within the counter, freely spinning. The wires poking out of the wall into the light of the bathroom mirror also look like a hot-fix.

Huge rooms for the price, with a nice big kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. The bed is comfortable and big and the terrace is nice too. Felt quite clean as well

I wasn't a fan of the location. It was quite a trek to the centre and the area between the hotel and train station didn't feel very safe, especially as a solo female traveller. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms. This was very upsetting especially as it could go on quite late.

The room was very nice. Comfy bed and the little kitchenette was very useful.

The area is nice and lively during the day but doesn't feel super safe at night (it's very close to the red light district)

We actually had an apartment on the 3rd floor with a nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is close to the North Station and it's a 15 min walk to the Botanique.

For those travelling by train be wary that if you use the wrong exit at Bruxelles Noord you will wind up in the Red Light District. Be sure to exit on the main exit.

The front street side is a bit noisy.

The location is very good,walkable distance from the train station- Brussels Nord.The tram station is also very close,the rooms were big,clean,overall it is a good value.

The shower arrangement was poor and let water out into the bathroom.

Property was very large and very accommodating. Lots of space for our family of five. Excellent ability to prepare food at home.

Maybe some people find a problem with the neighborhood that is a bit degraded. You feel a little insecure in the area around the hotel, but we did not have any problems during our stay there.

A basic room to spend some nights. Clean, warm, comfortable. There are some things missing like 2 glasses of water or kitchen paper, such little things that would make a difference. “Deluxe” as stated in the description is excessive but in general it is good in all that it offers. The staff helpful and courteous. Tram within walking distance to the city center.

The neighborhood is strange. Some strange people stopped in the corners.

The bedroom has excellent facilities. The bed was so comfortable.

car parking was a bit of a problem, you had to ask in advance which we did but never heard anything back from the hotel about where to park or if they had reserved a space for us, when we arrived there was no spaces available but we found parking independently

Great set up for our family of 5, felt like we had our own flat. Dishwasher kettle cooking facilities everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Location was perfect to get around brussels

I don't have anything negative to say about my stay.

I liked the size of the apartment, and the bathtub. The stuff was amazingly helpful and friendly. There's a parking garage on site.

There was a dishwasher but there was no soap pods, Pots and pans could have been newer and there was no kitchen towel.

I liked the size of the room and the level of cleanliness. Trash was emptied and towels were changed every second day. We used a train as the main mean of transportation and it was 10 minute walk to the station.

Both nights there were people talking loudly and making noise at 2am, couldn't sleep.

The neighborhood and the area didn't look safe at all, specially during the night. I wouldn't recommend walking alone or during late hours. I know it is not the hotel's fault but keep this is mind when booking.

The apartment was very very nice and clean. We had everything we needed, including a small kitchen. The place looked very well mantained and new.

The place where it is located isn't the best place in the city, but you are near to the Nord Station and to take other tram routes.

We really loved the space of our apartment, it was really comfortable and we also had the opportunity to cook.

Most of the service was excellent but there was a small hole at towel. This is the only bad point.

There is a good kitchen space with many instruments.

When they arrived, they immediately paid attention to the fact that the room where the kitchen is shared with the hall smelled, unfortunately, it smelled very bad, like an unwashed refrigerator. Although it was clean, the rooms are beautiful, there are many places, but do something about the stench

No towels in the kitchen to whipe your hands, dishes and or the counter top. The terras was dirty with a lot of sigaret ash, that could have been easily cleaned. The bed had a foam matras, not used to it i guess

Only downside was the absence of kitchen paper and the fact that the basic fit downstairs is only for women.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the apartment hotel! Excellent location near the North Station, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Smooth check-in process, and the kitchen, while basic, had sufficient utensils and two stoves. The bathroom was clean and appealing, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Overall, a positive experience and would love to stay here again.

The size of the apartment is pretty big. The location is close to North Brussels. 24 hours reception.
