We loved the pool, spent most of the time around the pool. Location was great, shops, bus stops were really close. Beach is 10-15 mins on foot.

The complex is very nice with very green territory, and zones for different type of rest. Stuff is nice and helpful. A lot of restaurants and shops - all can be reached by walking.

Some nights there was a very annoying sound coming from the next apartment. It could have been from the AC unit. It made it hard to fell asleep

Location was good, within walkable distance to the beach! The apartment was just as I expected, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The restaurant was quite expensive in comparison to other local restaurants. I wouldn't stay in that particular area again as the walk surrounding was a badly lit at night and a bit run down

The pools were really nice, good sized balcony and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and the grounds were very well kept. The pools were nicer than shown in the picture

A bit far from the beach. As the appartment is on the top floor it was quite warm, but aircondition is doing a good job to cool it.

There was only one air conditioner (in the living room) for the entire apartment. At the beginning we though that it wasn’t working because it hardly made cold air, but in the end it was acceptable.

It was clean, the staff was very kind and friendly and they helped us when we needed. We found what we needed in the kitchenette. The pool was pretty nice.

Except for the location, which is 1km away from the beach, around 15 min walking, the aparthotel was really nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, all 3 pools were heated and very nice, there was plenty of room for everybody. The room was equipped with anything you needed: plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc. It also had 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, perfect if there are 2 people who want to shower simultaneously.

The restaurant on site was not open - it was confirmed this was opening on 15th June. it would have been nice for this to have been open, or to have been notified of the opening dates when booking. Sometimes we didn’t want to leave the complex to eat so this restaurant would have been perfect. The same goes for the bar in Dawn Park. This was just being filled as we left. These things didn’t take anything away from the holiday - just could have added to it in terms of convenience.

we were actually moved over to Idiza apartments (same complex, same owner) due to the pool not being 100% ready at Dawn Park. They could not have been any more helpful. Listened to our queries and qualms before offering us an alternative option, or a free refund. Idiza apartments were completely refurbished and had everything we needed. They were Quiet but not too much of a walk to the sea front (around 10 mins). There are 3 pools on site & plenty of sun beds. We sometimes had the pool out the front of our apartment to ourselves! Super quaint apartment block, with numerous fobbed entries means you feel secure too. I thought I would miss a bar on site but we simply bought our own drinks and brought them poolside. Simple! I would absolutely visit this place again. Comfy, Clean & great value for money.

-although description says that you have an iron in the room, it is at the reception. Each room can request it whenever needs, so you have to wait for it. -cleaning and exchange towels is done once every 3 days. (Our room has been cleaned once in 5 nights) -although when we made our reservation we selected a bed for 2 persons, we get 2 single person mattresses. -in description says that we have balcony, but our room has not. Balcony was not accessible. The distance between balcony’s door and the railing its 15 cm.

-Reception staff was very kind. They helped us with whatever we needed. -The pool it’s big and clean. The greatest depth having approx 1,60 m -The bathroom its big.

Restaurant (bistro) not so friendly people there.

Super nice place, quiet, clean, comfy, super nice people from the hotel. The only downside was the restaurant (from what i’ve heard it’s not owned by the hotel) i couldn’t pay with card under 20leva and the people from there would not allow me to get over 20leva 🤷🏼‍♂️… not so tech proof:). Otherwise, everything was ok. 10 minutes relax walking distance to the beach.

The studio room didn’t have any beds, just a pull out sofa. There was quite a lot of dog hair in our room. There was only one key and fob for the room which made it difficult to come back at a different time to my partner.

Outdoor area was fabulous (pool, cabanas, loungers). The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel served very good food. Quiet area and a manageable walk to the beach.

There were no heavy curtains or blinds on windows only net curtains so it was very bright very early in the morning also there was only 1 key fob provided so this meant 1 person could not leave independently

- the room was dirty, the shampoo sachets used by the previous guests were still in the bathroom - the drain in both bathrooms was smelling terrible - we couldn't shower two persons one after another because the warm water was not enough - we didn't have wifi in the living room/balcony and in the rooms was very poor - the elevator was very dangerous - in the description it was written "Parking available" , there is no parking available, we were spending around 20 minutes everyday to search for a place to park
