Very well located, close to the ski center and ski lift. Very kind staff, helped us with useful information and made our stay more pleasant. The rooms were very clean and warm. We will recommend this location to other tourists.

The apartmanet has a kitchen with the basic things a home cook would need and a giant bed for a comfy sleep.

Reading lamps were not working, bathroom was filling with water. Not very warm without using the fireplace when outdoor temperature reached -10°C, but staff was ready to help.

Location was great, staff was friendly and supportive, the apartment was very clean.

We chose this place partly because there is free parking. However after we went out one night, we came back to find all the parking spaces taken up and there are no parking signs lower on the street (there are fines for parking there) When we inquired at reception we were told that there is underground parking but we would have to pay extra to use it. In the grand scheme of things it was not much but the point is that they did not have enough of the free parking at the front to accommodate all the guests at the hotel, just something to be aware of. It would not put me off staying here again- but I like to know these things in advance.

This is a great place to stay as it is close (walking distance) to the ski school as well as the Malina lift to take you to the top of the mountain. The apartment was large and spacious, very warm, clean and comfortable. It had everything needed to make our stay a great one including a washing machine and kitchen amenities (fridge, hob, oven, coffee maker, utensils, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and even wine glasses). There is loads of storage and an elevator to make going up to the room easier. The reception desk is not manned but there is a number to call and someone would be out to help, the hosts are helpful and speak English. There is also a supermarket that is attached to the building that was adequate. This is a very good choice for a place to stay for skiing in Pamporovo. There is a fireplace in each apartment but we did not feel the need to use it as the place was kept wonderfully toasty - however, there is a cost attached to using the fireplace that we did not find out about until we got there. It takes just over 3 hours to get here from Sofia airport and it is a lovely drive up in the mountains.

Apartments have a very good location, only few minutes to from the ski lifts (walkable distance), so you don't need a car for skiing. There is about 2km from the center of Pamporovo. Heating is very good at the appartment, all day long. There is a fireplace in the living room, which can be ordered separately. The kitchen has some basic facilities: fridge, oven, moka caffee maker, water heater.., basic cutlery and crockery. So,If I really had to find somerthing as a negative point, that will be about kitchen equipment - I think that extra, bigger and newer stockpot is needed, as well as peeling, chopping knifes and colander. But everything else is perfect! The bathroom was very clean and warm. There is also a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available as well. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were cleaned truly every day, including the bathroom and kitchen... Towels and beddings were changed every 3 days. Outside the hotel, in the same building, there is a mini market, well equipped, to buy what is needed. I really recommend this apartment for the family or a couple that wants to stay close to the ski lifts, injoy the forest and the quiet, silent nature :) The pictures tell really the truth, appartments are as described on Booking.com. So, ali-in-all this is a good value for the money.

Broken windows that have holes in them to the street. Very bad mattresses in the rooms, which are impossible to sleep on. Our room didn't even have a bed, instead it had two mattresses as a base from below. There was wood for the fireplace but no matches to light it and no shop nearby to buy them.

Electric heater in bathroom next to shower seems dodgy. No issues with it, though...

Close to ski terrains. Huge apartment. Regular cleaning. Comfortable beds. Shop in hotel.

On booking the hotel is marked as accessible for wheelchair users but it's not. The apartment was cold the first two days of our stay, and they changed us 15 levs per day for the fireplace which wasn't useful in term of getting warmer. Refrigerator, sink, mirror and faucets were not clean
