Although the hotel was easy to find, it wasn't clear how to get back to the main road. There was a lot of noise outside when I was trying to get to sleep.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Serbian border. It was easy to find, there are several nearby petrol stations and there is a restaurant next door. There is plenty of parking behind the hotel.

Instead of spending so much money on the furnishings and balcony, they should have spent some money on sound insulation between rooms, because I had to listen to my neighbor's television and phone conversations until midnight then his snoring after that.

Clean, comfortable, good wifi, beautiful view, balcony, spacious room, huge bed, quality modern furnishings. Would merit a 10 rating if the walls had sound insulation.

At the moment due to the roadworks it is not easy to get there, you have to jump off the road in the right moment. But of course that is temporary.

The hotel is not far after the border, so if you are tired there is no need to drive around Sofia. They waited all night until you come, even if late arrival was not planned and you can park your car straight behind the hotel very well. Breakfast was served with a smile.

price was not payed from booking directly but had to be payed at the reception. Equipment of the room is used (old carpets and walls). on the other hand it was ok for one night.

In a good location for walking the Sultans Trail. The restaurant wasn't open when I stayed. But there are cafes and little shops at the train station.

Road works close by made it difficult to get access to the hotel.

Close to the motorway for onward travel. Lovely mountain vista, shops close by and neighbouring restaurant.

It was a little difficult to approach due to some roadwork but that is temporary. The staff wasn't great at English and the POC terminal refused my card while everywhere else I used it worked.

It is a nice basic hotel to sleep over if traveling to the Black sea for a vacation. Considering entire Dragoman is very old and poor, the hotel is very nice and new/renovated. Everything is clean. There is a nice restaurant with a large pool right next to it where you can eat or drink and spend your time.

In this situation with the road construction, it would be better if the hotel gave advice on how to approach the hotel.

There are construction areas all around the hotel, but it is not the hotel's fault. When the road construction is finished it will be a big plus for the hotel which is very nice although we arrived late at night and could only see the reception and our room.

Not our first time here, but this time was extremely disappointing. I don't want to go into details. I will just mention couple things. We were accommodated in a different room than the one booked, so we had to pay extra to get something similar. No AC unit in the bedroom /A2/ when outside temperature was 34°C Broken couch, broken door frame secured with tape. Stinky towels and extremely dirty balcony with cobwebs everywhere. Unprofessional "receptionist". Never again ....

The hotel is in a good location to rest when you are on a long journey. Restaurant is decent.

The walls were too thin, and u could hear almost everything

We liked everything! The location ( just next to the road). It was just a rest in the middle of the trip, so we were glad not to go far from the main road. Also, we liked the numbers, were happy to enjoy the pool and the dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. And the breakfast (for extra 💰) was simple but tasty.

This is a beautiful hotel and was perfect for our one night stay. There is a lovely restaurant next door. The rooms were lovely and warm after a cold day cycling. Very friendly and helpful staff that spoke good english.

- tiny walls, I can hear phone of a german client and later his snoring; - carpet and walls need cleaning; - TV is taking the prize the smallest in my entire accommodation worldwide experiance; - bathroom is dark and need cleaning, too wet floor after taking shower; -in breakfast area you will see stuffed chairs , no storage space? - no sign where is the entrance, where is the parking lot.

for what you get the hotel is just overpriced. The carpet in the room is dirty und uneven. the bathroom is old, nothing to hang a towel, only the furniture in the room including the bed is fine. TV is extremely small, no fridge in the room and you can hear every word from next room. Breakfast cost 5€ and you get only cold food served. All in all I only would recommend to stay there if you have no other option. You can find in town some guesthouse ask at the tourist information. Probably the better solution.

The hotel was in need of updates and repair, breakfast was limited to cheese ham egg tomatoes white bread and coffee there wasn't anything else. There was a park behind the hotel where i could walk are small dog but had to leave as there was a pack of 6 to 8 wild dogs and they where aggressive I saw them chase another dog out of the park so I lifted my dog and left quickly. If your looking to just rest for the night it ok but there is a restaurant close by and you can here the music at the weekends a little, so if your a light sleeper I would give it a miss.

The location was good beside the new motorway for are onward travel.

The bathroom had not been cleaned, it was disgusting and actually a health hazard! I had some Antibacterial wipes with me so I had to clean the area around the toilet. We'd only been given one towel for the shower and had to ask for another one. The carpet in the room was filthy and my partner woke up during the night as he found a moth fluttering around in the duvet!! The only reason we didn't make a fuss that night was because it was the only half decent hotel close to the Serbian border and we were only passing through that night, but we couldn't wait to get out. We already knew about the ongoing roadworks, but it's a mess!

The one good thing about the stay was the very friendly, happy, helpful receptionist on duty the evening of 16th and early morning of 17th.

We have been here before, but this time it was nothing as we remembered. Unfortunately the construction of the road near by made the stay at this hotel a terrible experience. The construction site it 50 m away from the hotel. There was a lor of dirt in the room that made it difficult the breath. There was dirt on the floor. The cleaning in general was poor. There is no isolation and we could hear everything from the next room.
