Great service, clean rooms

The spa was not working due to technical issues (at all), until 14th of March, which was inconvenient becqause they didnt text us in advance. However, we forgot our swimsuits so it was not too bad. Pamporovo in general, looked pretty empty in that time of the year *March. However, is worth a visit and would go again in january

It was beyond spacious with a great view of Snezhanka tower. The kitchen had all facitilties for cooking, like an appartment reaally, not a hotel. However we paid for dinner (only 13 euross) so its a great deal considered Pamporovo restaurants are pretty expensive. Also you cn pay for one dinner/two or more, so you are free to go to other hotels for more. I likes the spaciousness, would go there again definitely Stuff was very friendly, especially the woman of the bar

Very slow elevator rides. You lose a lot of time and it is always full.

Amazing, Spacious. The Kitchen was very well equipped and full of entities. It was very warm ideal for cold winter days.

One of the cupboard was falling off its hinges which gave a slightly run down feel. Restaurant on site was a little disappointing. Walk from the property to the actual ski resort is a steep uphill walk - very tiring!

Room was very clean upon arrival. 24 hour reception desk was always helpful. Sauna and spa area was incredible. Balcony was a nice addition to the room Close to a mini supermarket that sold nearly everything - ideal for quick trips for snacks and drinks.

The food is homemade, but there could be a slightly larger selection for both breakfast and dinner. Although it is stated that the apartments are cleaned every day, this is not the case, during our 7 day stay, it was only cleaned twice and that was at our request. Please note that this is an aparthotel, so not all apartments are equally equipped, warm enough and nicely furnished.

Comfortable apartments for a family of four in a great location, close to the ski slopes (a few minutes' walk). If there is enough snow, you can directly reach the slops with skis (Slop nr. 7) There is the option of half board which is very useful if you have come for a full day of skiing.

The beds in the room were very uncomfortable and very hard for sleeping. We had to get an additional heater, since it wasn't warm enough, but not that cold. The reception staff was not very collaborative, as the rest of the staff. The Wi-Fi signal was poor

The hotel has excellent location, for skiers...of course if there is snow on the mountain :) The distance to the ski center "Studenetc" is 10-15min walk, but you should walk uphill, or going downhill to "Ski Center1" on start base of the ski-lift, also around 15min walk. For skiers its easy, if there is snow on the mountain, you can ski to the lift and ski to door too. This hotel is worth the money. We had half board, nice warm food, not a lot of variety but enough for all. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and polite. The room was comfortable, big enough for 4 member family.

-No Euros accepted for payment. You can pay only with cash card holding commission from the banks. ( Of course this is general problem at Pamborovo and not only at the hotel. -The breakfast was very poor with no options. -The dinner should be with more choices and not only 3 meals on the boufet. -The linens are the worst that i ever met. Towels and bedsheets at very low quality. I believe that this hotel chain does not give the proper attention to the MOST IMPORTANT part which is MATTRESSES, TOWELS , BEDSHEETS and PILLOWS. I have stayed also at the same Group Hotel at Bansko ( GREEN LIFE BANSKO ) and the quality also was at very very low standards. -It says Free Sauna, but there is only one and you need to book every day for the day after . This causes problem cause if you delay to book then there is no space and the worst is that you cannot book for the day after tomorrow. -The parking is difficult and you may not find outside the hotel. If you are lucky, then do not move your car until you leave. There is no parking area at the hotel.

Very good Location . From floor No.2, you can be Direct to ski slope No. 7 which guides you at ski lift studenets 1 where you can book your tickets without waiting. But if there is no snow at this slope, then you need to walk 8-10 minutes. Tasty dinner but not many choices. Clean hot rooms

A series of small things that can be fixed easily: a random selection of plates and cutlery; brocken bottle opener; no kitchen towel. Instant coffee at breakfast. 2 side lamps for 4 beds. Too few plugs... Sauna needs to be booked days in advance, steam bath not working.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the pistes. There is an easy parking not too far. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious. There is a kitchen.

Our room had no heating The glasses at the kitchen were dirty No internet also About the parking, it was just a muddy road and if you have a simple car and not 4*4 then it is a problem because you are sinking. The breakfast was poor. I wanted frie eggs but they didn't have.

The room was big enough. The hot water at the bath was also enough. It was clean. It is very near by the ski area, so you can go by walking. And Ilianna at the reception was very kind.

The road to the hotel was not cleaned from the snow and the parking is on the street-not obvious to find a space if you have to move the car.

Good value for the money. A delicious dinner was provided, included in the price. Not far from the ski zone - about 500m walk up to the lift. The apartment had a good heating and a nice view to Snezhanka tower.

I would recommend to list somewhere that the dinner is pre-reserved, maybe it is written somewhere but I didn’t find it.

It felt like it was new, it was very warm, clean and cosy , considering the cold winter outside. The staff were very nice and helpful. We arrived late in the evening but they were waiting for us.

Some aged facilities e.g. rusty shower elements. Receptionist comes across like she is quitting the job tomorrow. Clearly doesn’t want to talk and just forces herself to smile. However she did try to help me finding open restaurants late at night.

Value for money. You get a fully equipped kitchen with your room. It’s like a studio flat actually. There are some spa facilities you can use. Proper shower unlike everywhere else in Bulgaria. Receptionist tried to help me finding somewhere to buy food late at night.

Very squeaky and uncomfortable bed. Very bad design of the shower which caused flooding in whole bathroom. I guess you get what you paid for.

The place would appreciate some refreshments - the couch was broken (hole in the middle of it), the refrigerator was freezing the food even when set on 1, the tap was leaking, the bathtub is barely useble as the water was going down the drain as the plug was not holding well enough. The internet connection was not the best

Hard to find the "restaurant". Building and rooms definitely need some renovation.

Excellent value for money. Great location, close to the ski area. Very polite staff.
