Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It's nothing fancy, though. They don't provide a dish liquid and a sponge for cleaning dishes, and the cleaning staff don't wash them. I would suggest leaving a small dish liquid and a sponge for the guests.

The staff were great, all of them, starting with the receptionists, the bellboy, the security, the cleaning ladies, and continuing with the man working at the beach and the staff at the beach restaurant (Alemagou). They were all friendly and willing to help. The location of the complex is great. It's right next to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria. There's parking for the guests, and the price of the apartment also includes the chairs and umbrellas at the beach(!bring your paper slip, which you will receive at check-in to prove you are staying in the resort). We have not used the pools, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. We prefer the beach and the sea was absolutely beautiful. Sozopol is around 10 min drive, and we used taxi to go to the city for dinner. The receptionists organized the taxi for us. On our last day we wanted to go to the beach before leaving, and they allowed us to leave our car at the parking until 4 pm without extra charge, which was really nice. We were also able to use chairs and umbrellas at the beach at no cost even though we checked out at 12pm. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The pool bar is not the best!

Exceptionally professional welcome by the receptionist. Very polite staff all across the board. Great room , clean, tidy and very silent silent! Amazing facilities for kids (swimming pools and playgrounds)

Our apartment was on the 5th floor and the lift wasn't working during all our stay, although I called the reception on the first day and they said that they will fix it. Wi-fi was very bad, didn't connect most of the time.

Perfectly clean room. Very good private resort complex, good pools, the beach is very close. Comfortable main bed, but the second bed in the room wasn't good for comfort sleeping.

There were some small details missing - I would put a glass door in the shower or some pieces of art on the walls. Everything was just basic. Although the complex is advertised as situated “on the beach” we had a 10-minute walk in order to reach it as we were accomodated right next to the parking spot.

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

Location, multiple pools

Good location, close to the beach. The layout of the property needs to be considered (especially parking area) Some areas need maintenance or are still being built. These are small observations the apartment, location and holiday was fantastic.

The bed was pretty bad, in the last days of my stay my back and my neck hurt a lot. The mattress had bumps and was not that comfortable as I wished it to be.

The room was visited by housekeeping on 3rd day. Even then was not good cleaned, bins were full till the end.

Apartment was furbished with cheap staff which with time started to wear off and break down. Fewer amenities in the room than expected.

Complex is really nice - pools, green, peace. Restaurants and brunch were wonderful.

The apartment was not well equipped. The kitchen was lacking basic items or they were super old and not useful. The couch and curtains had stains. For 5 nights we only had one clean of the room. There was just one AC for the whole apartment which meant we had to leave all doors open at all time.

Great pools and kids playgrounds, the outside greenery was amazing.

The parking is operated by an independent company, the 1st day the system did not recognize the license plate of the car, parking attendants were very rude and blaming for the malfunction of the camera's system the receptionist for not entering the required information. Next day the supervisor at the reception had to contact the manager of the parking company to solve the problem. Unreliable internet, disconnecting very often. Linen change only one time for 8 days.

The staff changed the towels and bedsheets, but didn’t restock the shower gel and didn’t wash the cups in the sink a single time.

The location is great, right next to the beach. You just need to cross the road and there’s free umbrella with sunbeds on the beach.

Not a hotel, not an Airbnb. Nothing comes included so be prepared to pay for everything. Kitchen doesn't have complete cookware or cooking utensils. I have been told this is common in Europe and other places have even less so we were grateful for what was provided.

Clean apartments, number of pools and activities on the grounds. Supermarket had a good selection and restaurant was nice. Beach area was clean and use of beach chairs was free for green life residents. The beach had a number of restaurants. The staff is accommodating when you request additional items or necessities for the stay.
