The host speaks English very well, was very nice and always helpful. The location is fantastic, close to everything in the city centre. The room was very clean, spatious and fitted with all amenities. Great value for money.

The bed was a little bit noisy)

It was a last minute reservation and Pavel was very nice to accept us))) the guest house is located in a quiet area (no noise from the street) but close to the beach. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants in close proximity. The room is spacious. Everything was clean. Also, there are some parking spaces in front of the property!

I was really enjoying to stay in that beautiful studio I can't say I didn't like something only I noticed one thing, barely I crossed the threshold of studio it was very hot temperature inside with air conditioning and hot batteries so it was really hard to breathe but in the night time I felt very cold and I realised the batteries are not hot anymore but if outside isn't negative degrees so perhaps only air conditioning will be sufficient.

I really love that place. The guest house is very hospitality and Pavel is the nicest man who came for my early morning check in and has helped with exchange money and I very much appreciate that and thanks for the help with the taxi to airport.

Bit of a climb up to the apartment on the top floor with luggage (no lift). Area around the apartment a little rough.

Good value apartment on the top floor. Clean and spacious with a basic kitchen and fridge. Host was very helpful and there was good communication before check-in. Close to town centre and beach area. Also close to the restaurants near the port. Free parking on site.

Shower drainage abit slow - small matter

Everything. 1. Space was huge, had all the facilities required for cooking, bathing, dinning etc. 2. Host was friendly and gave a lot of good tips of the surrounding attractions/restaurants, even provided a map. 3. Location was superb. Midst of everything including downtown Varna. 4. Free gated parking on premises with remote to open/close the gate. One of my best stays in Bulgaria.

The tap in the bathroom can be less noisy, bed sheets and bed cover to be more new and mattress can improve too

We would nevertheless not book this apartment soon again as our child was afraid of the woody darkness inside the room. Because of the one-room concept you can hear the freezer turning on and off noisy by night. The air conditioning works very well as a heater, but mainly the hot air flows upstairs while it stays colder downstairs where the living room and kitchen are. And the room could be cleaned a bit more often, there were dust bunnies under the beds.

Very nice location in the centre, but quiet. The beach is only 150m away and there are many nice restaurants near this place. There is also a kiosk 20m up the road. The house is solidly built and has a beautiful wooden staircase that gives an upscale atmosphere. The room is on the 3rd floor. We had flat no. 2: 1 spacious room with a second wooden floor as the bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin. I loved the mattresses! They were not too soft, not too hard without springs. The beds were generally very comfortable. The owner is seemingly professional in customer care and very nice, he explained everything well and was patient with our kid's countless questions. :)

The room was spacious and clean. The landlord gave me the map of Varna, were I could spot interesting places at once. As a bonus feature the hotel is an old house from 1880's from the glorious days of Varna.

The guesthouse is located in the center of Varna, in a beautiful XIXth century building. It is very close to the large park, seaside, and shops/restaurants. We got a duplex-style room on the top floor equiped with everything we needed (kitchen, tvs, sofa, fridge, air conditioner etc.). The room was very spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and arranged parking for our car in the courtyard. We will definitely come back next time we plan to visit Varna!

Older furniture, dated. Dusty apartment, not cleaned well. On top floor, many stairs to climb, an issue if you have many luggage. No elevator.
