There is not secured parking on territory of hotel, car was parked at front of building. There is dirt road without asphalt when approaching to hotel. Breakfast was very poor, you may choice sandwiches with ham and cheese or omelette.

Location is near Kotvata Mineral Pools & SPA Center. Good coffee at restaurant.

There were a lot of small things that show the place is in need of a bit of renovation.

The staff were really kind and helpful. The apartment we were in was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious. The jacuzzi is really nice and cool.

The breakfast was served after 8.30 which is the latest breakfast I ever encountered, and too late for the main reason of visiting the place - mountain hiking. To be able to hike one needs to leave for the lifts at 7.30 the latest. There was dust in the rooms. Sauna works on demand only and needs to be booked 20 min in advance. However, the temperature was good. The spa is old and looks shabby. The staff was not very pleasant. The room's style looks cheap and colours are strange. The price is too high for the service.

Location is walking distance from the restaurants (10-15 min). Everything else is car-only reachable. The bed was comfortable. The staff let us leave the room 30 minutes after the check-out time with no additional charge.

Poor quality, old furniture. The room had 2 tiny bedrooms, and only 1 of them had sheets. The kitchen box was not supplied, the sink was not working. Very uncozy place. The breakfast was poor (fried bread slices only) and the staff was smoking in the restaurant.

We came after a long drive , they didnt care about it and let us wait an hour for getting service. We ordered suit with 4 beds but 2 of them was in the livingroom without air-condition. Once we tried to speak to the manager she was yelling at us without any reason and didnt want to help me , she told us the go out and search another place.

There was not breakfast just 4 pieces of some kind of fried bread .

Upon arrival, the office/lounge was smoked and untidy. The landlady did not seem very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, yet small and not very balanced.

The location is good, the room was decent. A staff member helped us get to the location when we couldn't find the place.

Bad attitude from the staff. Breakfast was promised at 8:30, at 9:00 the staff still hadn't arrived and the kitchen was filthy from the previous day's dinner. We asked for credit for the breakfast but the manager did not agree and apologized over the phone

Mattress could have been better, but it's a small thing.

The family who runs the business is super nice. Meals were of good quality. Sauna and turkish bath, albeit small, are very nice and for free. Value for money is very good. I would totally recommend it and if I ever travel again to Bulgaria, I will stay again in the same place

There was a party in the hotel restaurant with loud music and drunk shouting in the halls all night long, which continued even after we asked the people to keep it down. We weren't warned of a planned party at the time of our reservation, nor during our check-in, nor even earlier the same day, even though we were with a baby. Between the terrible noise, the screeching and broken doors (including the bathroom door that couldn't be closed), and the excessive heat in the room, we didn't get much sleep, let alone do any relaxing. Receiving our complaints the next day, the hotel manager was extremely rude, saying she was in the building the whole night and according to her, it couldn't have been noisy in our room, so it was our problem we couldn't sleep and she didn't even owe us an apology. We definitely won't be staying at this hotel ever again after such awful customer service.

It's a very good price for what you get. The apartment is spacious. Spa is little but clean and calm, all the facilities are working. Staff is nice. Breakfast is okay! Would recommend it. Parking for free in front of the hotel.

The owner was very unfriendly and rude. The rooms are big, but not well maintained. The bed was very uncomfortable and sagging/old/. Shower and trash can were broken. There was a hole in one of the doors. The mosquito net was torn. It was quite noisy. I would turn a blind eye to these things if it weren't for the rude attitude. How you are greeted and sent off is one of the most important things.

The place unbearably reeked of cigarettes as the owner smoked frequently in all the public areas outside and inside the hotel. The breakfast was appaling: a piece of overfried french toast with jam and 2 small bits of Bulgarian cheese, coffee and artifical orange juice, no vegetables, fruits, granola, etc. The shower drainage was completely blocked and I will save you the details regarding the hairy stuff that floated around the floor when we tried to shower. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, sagged any way you tried to sleep on it. Even when considering the low price, the value is still very very low.
