They had a spot for parking for us and also own a restaurant for coffee/breakfast in the morning. The rooms are nice and tidy even with a balcony

The rooms are very small and you can hear everything that happens outside the room. It is really noisy.

The stuff is very polite. They found us a spot to park the car and were very helpful.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is well situated in centre of Sozopol. Perfect for shorter or longer stay. The staff was helpfull and while it's low season already I could check in earlier and also late check-out was possible for a reasonable extra cost.

The one point we didnt like was the fact that there was a restaurant underneath the hotel which was a little bit noisy and smoke from the persons there was noticible until quite late.

The hotel was in a very good location ,close to the beach, the facilities were excellent for the cost of the room and overall it represented excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel or recommend it to others for their holiday.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We got a flat tire during our stay and the owner assisted us in sorting it out and getting to a garage. He also helped with parking and finding our way around. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again :)

We extended pur stay, had new room and staff took care about our suitcases. They provided parking spot while in Sozopol it’s very hard to find where to park.

It was our second stay in Kavaler Hotel and it was excellent. Good location, very clean rooms, nice stuff, everything you need for a vocation

Beware: While I paid in cash at Kavaler Hotel my credit card was charged for the same with no right and no permission to do so. I did not even present the credit card at the hotel, obviously they took the data from booking.com and used it. I contacted the hotel 2 weeks after my stay and got a friendly message they were sorry for the mistake and will return the amount Monday after the weekend. As this was not booked even 11 days later - should take less than a week - I reminded them and noted otherwise after 2 more weeks I will have to revoke the transaction with my credit card issuer as my right to object ends. For this I received a very arrogant message they did it only 8 days later, no word to be sorry, taunt me to behave like adult and some more meaningless wording. Finally the unjustified charge was returned, however the troubles they caused were not worth the stay. Edit Nov 11th, 2021 after the hotel replied below: Their comment gives a wrong impression about my email, at first I kindly asked to please clarify the issue, they should also mention my happy email when they agreed to return the unjustified charge of my credit card. I got a receipt when I paid everything in cash and still have it, so if this is a point as now mentioned by them all of the sudden I could have sent it easily. Naturally I did not get their receipt for the unauthorized credit card charge as it was done behind my back. Almost 2 weeks later I contacted them again to please check and inform me about the status, otherwise after another 2 more weeks I will have to cancel the payment with Mastercard myself and this complaint can cause an inquiry. Wrong? Actually this is the regular procedure to cancel unauthorized credit card transactions and again I offered them to avoid this. The derogative comment here from the manager of the hotel once more shows how he affronts me personally and ridicules the case that is solely caused by them double charging the customer. For me a place to avoid.

Nice little hotel in a very good location. Room was basic but perfectly fine. Special shout-out to the restaurant which I didn't expect to be so good - I'd recommend it regardless whether you're staying at the hotel or not.
