We stayed one night and didn't need to cook. However, the kitchen is not equipped enough

The hotel is well located, it is just near to beach. The apartment is large enough for a 5 persons family. We stayed one night and it was pretty good experience. We had some issues with our reservation at check-in but it was quickly resolved. Parking is available in the hotel territory. Also, some restaurants with traditional Bulgarian food are in the hotel territory.

We had several studios and in some Wifi didn't work well, but that is definitely a minor issue.

The vacation complex is directly at the sea with beach access. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was always friendly and found solutions to issues. Location wise, you need a car to get to the nearby towns, but they are nearby so that is a plus :)

Not a lot of choices in restaurants, only few dishes with average quality! Moreover in pizzas menu there are no ingedients ! Another thing was that restaurant servie don't speak Bulgarian(not that we have communication problems in English but its doesn't looks good!) At last every night smells very but for few hours (around 21:00-22:00) due to cow farn in close area !

Definitely not what it claims to be! Missing insulation in the bathroom, boiler covered in rust spots, bed mattresses old and lumpy. Most of the facilities described are non existent - no ATM, only one shop with extortionate prices, one could be waiting for an hour to be served at the restaurants as both of them were terribly understaffed. Very far from the star rating it claims to be.

Don't let money in room!!!!I've let money and went beach,when i was back 200$missing.They are not taking all money,just part of them.I hope you fired that Vale because is a minus for business

Is a nice place,i was last year also.I've paid for 1 bedroom ap and they gave me 2 bedroom ap -for persons with disability,maybe this was reason the cleaner took money....But was nice,except incident with cleaner. We've lost one day because incident,but is a nice place,has some nice and working staff also.

Wonderful location and on-site pools. All facilities have ramps and are user friendly for people with mobility challenges.

From time to time, unpleasant smell from fields and water treatment plant was hitting the property. Breakfast was not good enough - not enough fruits, small amount of good food.

It is clean - rooms, swimming pools, common facilities. Nice restaurant in property, a bit pricey. Very nice green parks and plants all around.

A lovely landscape designed territory with lots of fully grown trees and bushes provides you with subtropical environments.. Private parking option available as well as public parking. Impressive Gym Room

- No free breakfast - Appliances were a bit outdated - Other facilities like spa, gym have to be paid for separately, although they weren't too expensive. - No safe box - The location was a bit remote, if you don't have a car, not many restaurants and shops nearby.

-The swimming pool was the highlight for me, very big and clean and nicely designed. - The view was very nice looking over the sea. - The rooms were big, and there was a big balcony also overlooking the sea. - Decent kitchen amenities. For £30 a night it was a very good deal. But normally it's £60 a night, at that price it's too expensive for Bulgaria and I wouldn't pay that.

1.Staff not friendly, It was difficult to communicate with the staff in English.Costumer service was terrible, in our apartment kettle was leaking, wasn't replaced for 5 days. 2.Very noisy air condition. 3. There were no basic kitchen utensils such as a pan or a pot. Only knife table knifes , forks , spoons ,tea spoons. Few plates, few glass, few mugs. 4. No iron,no hair dryer. I had to go to reception to asked for iron. 5. Every day there was a terrible stench from the pig farm. 6. If you want to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds, you have to get up very early and put towels on the beds, I didn't like this, there are no more places after getting up at 10am. 7. Only 2 restaurants in resort, with overpriced and not much choice menu, (I could highly recommend in Aheloy very good restaurant 'house inn ) 8.There is no bowling, even though the description says there is. Information should be updated. 9. Under the beds not cleaned, a lot of dust and crumbs. 10. The shower gel container was empty on the first day of arrival, I informed the administration, but it was not refilled during the entire 7 days of the holiday. 11.There are pool rules by the pool, such as no jumping into the pool, no food and drink around the pool, no pets, no playing with a ball in the pool, but no one follows them. 12.The description of the hotel says that it does not accept animals, but there were many with animals. It doesn't bother me, but I warn others. I will never visit this place any moreI, do not recommend this resort to anyone.

The door in the bathroom didn't close so we informed the staff at the reception who wrote it down on a big list of similar complaints. When on the second day nobody had fixed it we reminded the staff again. They called the service man and we were informed he would be in our room to fix it in the following hour. That did not happen. So we went everyday to complain about it and the reception staff assured us everytime it is gonn abe fixed. It was never fixed.. I think the problem is with the management, they do enough to promote the place but not really assure the stay of the guests. Another thing is they did not clean our room everyday. From what I could work out one day was for cleaning and the other not.

The staff at the reception were helpfull, and the guard at the entry barrier was also nice. The pools are good and the higlight of the complex.

Cannot stress how bad this place is the place was literally a dump yard we booked two rooms one was just about bearable the other room was not even cleaned people had to sleep in the vehicle their was hair all over the place bathroom was like something out of a horror movie we had booked the rooms for 2 nights we could barely sleep the one night.

Did not appreciate the strong smell of mold in the apartment. Not all are like that but this one was really awful. Did not have wifi although included in the price. Called reception to turn it on but only the tv started working. Food was not delicious. Do not recommend. There is only one small beach next to the hotel but nobody cleans it.

Gardens in the complex are very beautiful.
