No big faults, a few details - like the water swollen doors, but that's for the OCD people like me :)

The location is very close to the sea, the view is fabulous. We had a double room with sea view - a large room, clean and modern bath, clean towels, clean floor. We didn't use the kitchen, but it's a plus to have. The balcony was perfect. Thank you for everything!

Although we book a room with pool and ocean view the room that we receive was only with ocean view ( a cheaper option). The tv was not functioning and nobody came to fix it although we have asked for.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! The bathroom is small and very dirty, there is an extremely old and dirty shower curtain broken at the bottom! It makes you sick! We picked it up and pinned it up so we couldn't touch it! The bed is very old with torn mattress on the corners and old, yellowed bedding! We left with bites all over our skin! We think they are bed bugs! Otherwise we can't explain what could have bitten us so... The pool is nice, the water clean, but the sun loungers are very few and almost all broken! The deck by the pool is all broken, the foot is slipping through the fur and nails are sticking out. So dangerous for children and careless people! Shame about this hotel which has a perfect location in the harbour! Tourists probably choose it just for that. Otherwise, completely untidy and dirty!

The pool was open at 9 am, including The pool bar, but there was no one at the bar until 10.30 am. If you wanted to drink a coffee there was no services. Also, the bathroom needs to be clean more often and the receptionists to learn to talk in English better.

The cleanliness was questionable. I found hairs and something that resembled crumbs on the floor, sheets had some yellow stains, bathroom was molded. The daily cleaning only included changing towels once in 2 days and bringing new toilet paper. I don't think they ever vaccumed or mopped the floors. They did change the bed sheets once in our 7 days stay, though. All in all, it could be cleaner, I didn't feel very comfortable from this point of view. Also, bed mattress was pretty uncomfortable. At the pool, sunbeds only had a plastic mattress that got overheated and burnt my feet when staying in the sun. Eventually, I had to give it up and lay on my towel placed over the sunbed. Mattresses, sunbeds and tables were not cleaned. Staff would only water the floors with a hose in the morning as a cleaning measure.

The infinity pool and the balcony overseeing the sea are amazing. Pool was never crowded, waitresses at the bar were very nice. Rooms are spacious and kitchenette is pretty well-equipped. Bed is pretty large.

The apartment wasn’t very easily accessible with stroller and luggage without using the stairs. There was an elevator for one set of stairs but there was another set of stairs from the street with no elevator. The elevator was also broken during most of our stay. You have to throw the trash out around the building, kind of far from the apartment, there is no cleaning service to take the trash. The building also needs maintenance. The kitchen lights didn’t work and the bathroom flooded due to a leak.

Location is perfect right on the water. Pool is very nice with great views. Size of the 2 bedroom apartment was adequate for 3 adults and 2 small children, and the apartment had a balcony with great views of the water.
