No kettle etc in the apartment,bar closed at 11pm,no safe in the rooms,only at reception,food was mostly the same everyday & nowhere offered to change or shower after check out while our transfer was not till 7pm.

We didn’t like the bed, pillows and the shower. The bed was 2 single together to make a double bed, our pillows was just horrible and the shower wasn’t working properly. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner wasn’t taste, they didn’t have many vegetarian options, the breakfast was okay. The staffs from the reception and from the restaurant wasn’t friendly.

We liked the staffs from the bar, our boiler stopped work and we went to the reception to ask someone to fix, the guy was there in last the 15minutes and he fixed. Our room was beach view. The beach is really clean.

It didn't have a great variety of food. Though you could always find something nice to eat. Dinner was finished by 9 p.m., and kids still wanted to snack smtimes, but there was no food at the bar apart from some fruits and cookies

Decent hotel right on the beach. Staff was ok, parking was arranged by the hotel off site nearby and cost extra.

Parking was possible at another hotel quite far away, because here were no space available.

The location of the hotel right on the beach is an advantage when you have a baby. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant manager helped us organize a birthday moment to celebrate child's 2nd with a balloon, cake. Various activities that keep children 10 - 12 years old busy : water polo, darts, card games. This is the second year we stay here.

The food generally was good with some hit and miss. You can find some great choice and dishes most of the time and for the kids they have their favourite pasta, french fires and pizza. Occasionally the food was average, but since there is plenty of choice, you can always go with something tasty that you like.

The room we stayed in was excellent family suite with 2 sections, large balcony and the bathroom. Very spacious, bright and clean. The view from the room was fantastic. We asked for sea view and our request was fulfilled, we're very happy with the accommodation. The beach was excellent, the sun beds by the pool are great, we were lucky with parking even though you pay 25BGN extra it was worth it. Overall the staff were amazing and cooperative with out requests.

* The fitness room was missing a few weights * The hotels need to add some clocks because if you do not have your phone with you the notion of time is lost * No one was serving at the lobby bar so the pool bar felt kinda crowded at times * In the first days the snacks were available up until 23:00 but after 3 days after 16-17:00 they were completely gone * Very few parking spaces

Unfortunately, the food is not as good as the rest of this hotel's features. The menu variety is limited, with very few options. The diversification from one day to another is also an issue to be solved. The food is poor in quality and also not as tasty as it should be. Minimal options for deserts too...

Excellent location! The hotel is practically on the beach. The rooms are enormous, clean, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The hotel has underground parking, which is essential if you travel by car. The pool is very nice and never crowded, and the pool bar terrace offers a shadow when scorching outside. The beach is split into two lots: five rows of sunbeds included in the room's price and another seven or eight paid sunbeds and umbrellas. The sand is clean, and the kids will enjoy playing. The staff is friendly and ready to help you whenever needed.

Soundproofing is a joke there, you can hear any noise from the hallways, elevators, and from the street; The hotel has underground parking, but it’s very small and you have to be very careful not to scratch your car. They didn’t tell us that we have to pay the parking when we checked-in and when we came back from the beach in the first day they locked us out of the room because we didn’t pay the parking! — every other hotel we’ve been to charged us at the end of our stay for the parking, we didn’t even think about asking when we are supposed to pay; also, when we left we had to wait for 45mins for the owner of the car parked in front of us to come move the car so we can get out of the parking spot! Very tiny balconies for the double rooms, you can barely put there your towel support, you can’t sit there because you don’t have the space to do that! The free sunbeds from the hotel that were on the beach were very uncomfortable, unlike the ones from the pool and the ones you had to pay for.

We got the wrong room, the hotel manager is very unfriendly to the guests. After 2 days we got the room we reserved.

The hotel is on the beach, the hotel has free sunbeds. You have something to eat and drink all day.

Small parking, not enough for everyone when the hotel is full (we had to park at another hotel, 400 m away from ours). Long waiting times at elevators. The hotel could use some renovations (but for the price we paid we are not complaining).

Very big 2 bedroom appartment with 3 bathrooms, super confortable for 5 adults. Good choice of all inclusive food and drinks (food was varied from one day to another). Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for the apartment we stayed in. We also liked that it was in the southeren part of Sunny Beach, close to Nessebar, away from noise of Sunny Beach centre.

The food was basic, but it was fresh, and we could always find something to eat, even for out 2 years old child.

The room was very spacious, we had 2 double beds and a couch. The view was fabulous. The staff was polite. There were always fresh fruits and snacks avaible. The wifi worked great in the room , so did the AC.

The buffet menu could be repetitive throughout a longer stay (5-7 days), but the children seemed happy - it always included pizza, pasta & other kids favourites :). So, all in all, no complains from us parents :))

The rest of the staff were bored, you could not see a smile on their face. We were not happy with the cleanliness at all. After two days we had to realise, that if we do not leave the “ please clean up the room” card on the door, the housekeeper just changing the towels but is leaving the sand on the floor. There was a bad smell in the bathroom sometimes. The girls in the restaurant, should know at least the minimum English, as sometimes they were not asking if you want to eat anything else, they were just taking the plate from front of you. We had two big size TV’s in the room but non of them was working properly. Internet is very poor in the room.

The room had enough space for a family. Two bathrooms, a bedroom and a “living room “. The food was delicious and the poolside was very nice. The receptionist at our arrival was very friendly also the guys at the bar. Our son really enjoyed the activities within the animation programs. So I want to thank you for the two lady and the boy ( I do not know their name unfortunately) for keeping our child busy time to time😊
