The room had this weird (not in a good way) smell, probably from the plumbing. The bathroom and shower could definitely use a little makeover.

The room was decent, but it definitely had that vintage charm. That vibe extended to the whole complex. And hey, they've got a pool! We haven't had the chance to take a dip, but they made sure to clean it every morning, which is a nice touch. Plus, there's a billiard table and a ping pong table for some extra fun. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. Same for the dinner. The coffee was a bit of a letdown - it ran out of milk and just spurted hot water. They had a bunch of tea bags to choose from, though. The ladies working there were super nice and attentive.

Some of the stuff wasn’t speaking English really good, we used google translate. We booked a double room and an apartment which unfortunately were in different buildings, but that was somehow understandable. In the apartament the air conditioning wasn’t having a remote, which we got after we spoke at the reception. There were some spider webs… The shower curtain fell off (but was replace the next day). The small pool wasn’t functional.

The pool was very nice, I loved the garden, really green. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious, a lot of space at the parking lot which was really great. The view was breathtaking, from the garden, from the pool, from the balcony, you can see the mountains of Balchik, the forest, was absolutely amazing.

Rooms (not the Apartments) were New and looking great. Large garden with nice swiming pool to use any time. Dinner was tasty and good value. Location was also good, 2 min from the palace entrance and a couple of restaurant around.

Very charming hotel with a great location, close to the Botanical Garden. We loved the view of the backyard and pool. Nice staff and good food. It was a pleasant stay for sure, we would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

The toilets cleanliness was quite poor. The food at the breakfast had a really low quality. The wi-fi signal very bad, with lots of drops. The hotel is quite far from the beach, placed on the hill, almost 15-20 minutes from the beach.

I can't fault it really my room was great view with balcony n sea view n facilities in room wer great fridge kettle drinks I cud have anytime n room cleaned everyday n cleaner was so pleasant n friendly so yes loved it

1.People at the reception really did not care or try to help us somehow with our needs,which was a huge negative for me. 2. Breakfast was really mediocre, not to mention that the cheese was just breaking apart like plastic. 3. The old AC in the room was making really loud noise during the night ,for which sleeping was extremely hard. 4. Door to the bathroom couldnt be locked. 5. I was happy we got a room with balcony ,but that was immediately ruined when I saw that the fan for the AC is mounted right in the balcony ,it takes the space and also you are forced to sit next to it ,which just blows hot air towards you. 6. For one night stay, the hotel is bearable,but for more days , you just feel like you did a mistake. 7.Its also quite far from the central beach. Any other little beaches nearby are mostly rocky with little to no sand. 8. The Fridge did not work As a conclusion: When I arrived I very fast started realising that this hotel really does not care about their guests.
