The walls are a bit thin… if the room next to you is loud you will be a bit uncomfortable.

Exceptional dinner and good breakfast. Spacious room, fills like new and it is mane in “winter” style. You can smell the wooden material. The lobby is really cosy and nice.

The hotel has seen better days. There is a some disrepair around in the rooms and general areas. Strange smell in the room. Broken mirror in the pool area.

We made an early booking and was expecting a queen/king size bed, instead of this we got 2 single beds nearby. The same breakfast, literally the same food and type of prepararion we had every day of our 7 day stay.. imagine you yeat 7 days in a row the same egg with sausage.. my recomendation is to change a little bit the breakfast at least once in 3 days..

Still water was free of charge only for breakfast (for dinner you had to buy it). Staff was not very welcoming; when we checked in, reception staff was very cold, also the man that was supposed to carry our luggage, restaurant staff, playground animator and so on (hotel should invest in personnel and in facilities also - this way, clients might be more satisfied). If you are traveling with kids, maybe you should bring some blackout curtains with you because in the room is not dark enough. Far away from city center (15-20 min walk).

I liked the most that they have a very big reception area where you can relax with friends and that they have an indoor playground where my 1 year old baby could spend the time with other babies. Our studio was big enough for 2 adults and 1 child (but not all studios were like ours), it was clean, very little noise could be heard from next room. Breakfast had a lot of options that you can choose from. Spa is a plus for this hotel (tried only the pool, my baby enjoyed it). Free and frequent transport to gondola lift is a plus.

The bathroom was very small. Like 3 square meters and if you are a bigger person, for sure you will touch the toilet when you get out of the shower. Also, you can hear what other people are talking inside their rooms. The spa is way too small for the capacity of the hotel, especially in the evening when people are back from the ski trips. They offer shuttle busses but we got into a bus at 10:20 with expectation to leave at 10:30 but it left at 11:00. Not sure why because the driver saw us when we got in the bus. The next days we didn't use it because we decided to go directly up with the cars to avoid the big queue at the gondola.

The lobby was very nice and the restaurant served good food. Also the bar offered a great selection. The finish sauna was at great temperature. It was clean and provided big free parking. Also, most of the staff was friendly. My wife loved the massages. They have rental center which provides good prices and good equipments.

Our room was 101 and it smelled like kitchen in the bathroom occasionally and like sewerage (after telling that we have such a problem, the staff immediately reacted and fixed the problem, so it's a plus again)

The view, rooms were extra clean, cleaning personnel did their job amazingly good and on time It was very warm inside and cozy They have cozy, stylish lobby for real chill The bar and bartender is exceptional, every drink we ordered was created perfectly. I even ordered some cocktails to the pool(yes, it is possible here) The breakfast was ok, nothing special, simple but with taste. You have some options even if you don't consume much carbs like me. Add more protein options for desserts.

The breakfast was very delicious and rich on variety. The spa was nice, everything was wroking but the capacity was small and it was a bit overcrowded. The room was very big and the beds were king sized. The restaurant was working whole day and it was delicious on normal prices for the city.

Door to balcony had an issue, that was offered to be settled immediately. Also the keylock to the room was loose, but it worked without problem. The pool beds are not enough for hotel guests. Every year the price is rising.

As all the previous years, the overall stay at the hotel was nice. The chef is new, so all food is way better and with enough quantity. The temperature of the room was perfect.

The bar staff (a lady and a man) is a little bit sarcastic. Is my first time when an employee is addressing to me with the appellation "my friend 9 leva". 🤨 And for the lady when I've asked her with no ice, she changed her face and she gave my drink in a ridiculous and offensive way like "ya"! 🤔

The SPA part is looking very clean but most of the time smelling strange. Also cards for the room will stop working if you put them close to phones, they can fix it on the reception but it's still a discomfort. Also on the first night of our stay there was a strange noise from the bathroom cieling.

Location is great with amazing snowy mountains view from the balcony. All facilities are clean and were cool decorated for christmas. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. In the rooms you have everythinf that you'll possibly need for your stay.

I have to be quite picky to find things that I didn't like. Room: Even if they have everything that you could need, the bathroom is not on par with the rest of the room. Furniture and sanitaries are pretty worn. Also, the mattress did not fit my back (but this is subjective).

The hotel: Is nicely placed at the base of the mountains, slightly isolated than the rest of them. :arking: Slots are more than enough, even in full occupancy. Facilities: Are more than enough to satisfy most of the needs. SPA: Nice SPA area with a decent sized pool, jacuzzi, and excellent sauna area. Everything was extremely clean and maintained. Room: They are bigger than I am used to. Clean with enough toiletries and towels. Restaurant: Breakfast was above average, with enough options. Staff: Excellent services. Manager, receptionists, waiters, etc. all present to aid you in any case. I had a situation in which we could not sleep during the night due to a couple with a small kid, and we were offered another room instantly. Unfortunately, we could not stay in that room, and the manager talked to us, apologized, and offered us a free of charge upgrade.

I didn't enjoyed the breakfast, even though there was variety, there wasn't quality. Also the SPA was small regarding the 4 star hotel.

The location was vey nice and the bedrooms were big enough. Also the fireplace in the lobby bar was vey cozy.
