Everything was great for our family. The rooms and the service and food was ok!

The hotel is a very nice place to stay for relaxing holidays. Every day breakfast was perfect: always fresh, tasty and various. Special thanks to the administration of the hotel, the chief of the restaurant and to the exceptional Ukrainian girl from reception! And what's more, she is an amazingly sincere, attentive and responsive person.

It’s not very close to the Sunny beach, we had to take a bus to go there.

Coffe is bad The fresh juice at breakfast is a kind of semicoloured water.no taste .

Everything was good . The pool is very clear.it has about 1.70m.it s available 7.am - 9 pm,enough for an evening bath. The room was clean, no problem with water, hot or cold,no problem about the pression of water. Breakfast was good,except juice and coffee. In room you also have iron and seiff. Very good and clean air conditioner.

It was about 10 mins walk to the beach and we had to cross the busy road. The wifi in the hotel is only in common areas, not available in rooms.

The hotel is in the quiet location close to the nature and hills. Everything was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and ready to accomodate all our needs. our brekfast was included in the price, it was great, they even prepared little packages for us the last day (we asked if it was possible as we had to leave before brekfast time). There is a bus stop close to the hotel (about 5mins walk) which could take us along the Sunny beach to Nesebar.

Staff didn't speak much English, room wasn't cleaned everyday (sweep, mop), restaurant food is tastless and takes ages to come out, portions are small.

The pool area is nice and relaxing, rooms are quiet and comfy, however evening entertainment would have been nice at least couple of nights a week.

NIce staff, cleanliness, good breakfast, walk a little to the beach, but it's not very long. Just talk to your family while..... at these prices don't expect to be on the French Riviera, so cut the crap and be realistic. For us it was the expected vacation.

The sheets and towels were changed only once, in the third day. But the trash was taken out daily. The WiFi is terrible, but still, we got lucky our room was on the pool side so we had some signal from there. The room wasn't that clean (the trash from the previous guest was still in the kitchen) and you could see that the room wasn't vacuumed before our arrival. If you forget to put the Don't Disturb Sign on your door the staff will try to get in around 9am and that can be pretty annoying.

The staff is nice and helpful, but their English isn't that great. The pool is a big plus and it's really clean. The breakfast, even though it's the same daily, you can change it up so you won't get bored. The room was big and spacious and you had anything you needed, especially in the "kitchen". The location was in a really quiet neighbourhood and the hotel has a sauna, a play room and a gym so you have enough stuff to do around. The rooms look way better in reality.

- The furniture is old, also the bed sheets. - At the windows MUST be net for the windows, because all the insects were entering in the rooms. - Wi-fi is not in the room.

Wifi not available in the room, fortunately there is free roaming in EU (however programs providing unlimited internet is up to 5 GB)!

Breakfast was fine, the location is nice, quiet and close to a large supermarket which is open till late at night. There is a not so large swimming pool, but it is ΟΚ. Rooms and all other places (like the dinning room) are clean and housekeeping staff is doing a good job.
