Ants in living room /kitchen Only one window - the apt is hot with no air flow - need to keep A/C on Lots of light coming from the street as curtain pretty transparent

No air conditioner as the hotel is quite old. It is not easy to find as the gps will take you to the wrong location. But we have managed with the help of staff.

The staff was very nice and helped us to find the place. Rooms are big enough and everything seemed to be clean. We had some tea, Nescafé and chocolate croissants for breakfast from the house.

2 lights at both sides of the bed didnt work. We informed the staff but lights were not replaced.

Not the easiest place to find as the street level entrance is just a doorway. Look for the brightly lit casino and it's above that.

Although not mentioned breakfast is available for a small charge which was OK. Room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the Founders of the Bulgarian State Monument and the WiFi worked well.

Very good location.The place was very clean,had combine washer and drier (very convenient) .The small kitchen had all what you need.There was microwave,conventional oven(if you cook),a pitcher for boiling water.They left as croissants for breakfast.Everything was very good.The parking for my car was across the hotel witch was really nice.

-The bathroom was a bit slippery. No shower curtain or anti-slippery mat but after we had an accident and requested an anti-slippery mat, the reception came and offered one.

-Excellent location: Right in the city center, near all great bars and restaurants from Schumen. -Very nice staff: Honestly, at this hotel I met the friendliest staff ever! At the reception they helped us find the parking (It's a bit complicated but they are so nice and help you find it). The cleaning ladies came every day to ask if we need anything to be changed (End even if they are not english speakers, they have their phone ready with google translate and they have a bing smile on their face. It's great to be their guest and they make you feel so welcomed). -Big terace :) It was the highligh of our room. -Confortable bed -Fridge in the room -Chocolate croissants, coffee, tea and water on the house, available in the room.

The wifi didn't work. Even after I've called the reception lady and she promised that it will be fixed - it wasn't fixed in the evening. The quality wifi/interent connection is very important nowadays. Also the lack of 24h reception, however that was compensated with a good support by phone.

The room was very big. The location was great. The furniture was very comfortable. There was provided parking place as well. Actually the parking is quite convenient as it is on the main street and you have direct access to go around. No need to struggle with the car through the small streets of the city center.

The location of the hotel is great, however the overall feeling was at base level. It felt relatively clean, but the rooms were worn out.

Evetything was perfect. So clean. Very central. Oposit to palata and MBP. İ definetally stat there again. Espacially Sebastian nade olur stay perfectm he is very dedicated and positive person.

We were lied to about the room we booked. It was presented as a room with 4 single beds and a sofa, but it was actually with 3 single beds and sofa. Which was not OK, since we were 4 adults. After a complain they transfered us to a not so nice room with enough beds.
