How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The area for the elevator’s is so small and the number of the elevator’s not sufficient

It still feels expensive. Thr water pools still feels little bit cold.
Staff have improved a lot since two years ago. All the staff even the rescuers were very helpful. They enjoyed playing with the kids and the kids felt comfortable with them. The room was cleaner this time compared to 2021.

A lot of the restaurants were closed even at night for renovations.

1)Breakfast included is not iftar during Ramadan, but hopefully they have sorted out with me. 2)They are not committed about reservation services, many times I've requested for taking a spot on iftar table seats then we found someone else took it with no actions from staff. 3) quality service will be lower when it's fully crowded during eid holidays. But it's eid :) 4) they can deal with complaints very professionally but only temporary resolution will be made only Don't expect a permanent resolution.
1)It is special for kids for thier activities and entertainment. 2)All staff are so friendly and they support you and help for everything. Family never get bored during staying in 10 days there. 3) they are seriouse about cleaning the room and very responsive around the clock for any maintenance or cleaning.

The water in the beach seems dirty and smelly, also we had a lot of mosquito bites.
A lot of activities designed for the kids to enjoy, especially the Waterpark, feeding birds and peacocks. We haven't experienced the breakfast buffet since we stayed during the Ramadan, the breakfast menu set has less variety,

Big part of the hotel was closed, some of the kids toys were closed, the beach is small and the qdult part at the outer island was closed, and we could both swim there, i was expecting to do snorkling and possibly diving, but it was not available around the hotel, and we had to go to an island , but we could not because of low tide. The service at the beach were too slow, and the food at breakfast although has good variety not that tasty
It is marvelous for the kids, my daughter had so much fun It is clean and the staff were so helpful

Maybe I was not lucky at the date of my visit, because there was some work maintenance at one of the food restaurant near the pool, and also please one of important thing was the swings ( the wooden swings at the beach ) actually I am telling this to avoid any fallen accidents may happen, please note that the swings are not safe at all, and its easy to slide if you try to sit on it. I hope my advice to be positive, not to consider it negative. thanks

It was during Ramadan so Restaurants and some other facilities were closed during the day and the menu options were limited. NOT their fault. Also they could do better with the toiletry facilities A renovation was happening when we were there so we are looking forward to see them again.
The stuff were amazing, very helpful The pools and the kids room excellent! Breakfast and food in general was great and portions huge.

Only one concern I had for the jet sky activity, the location where we were advised to drive at was not safe. They need to make sure the driving jet sky is in deep sea zones not shallow.
The Resort is great, they do lots of kids' activities during the day. My kids enjoyed the stay, and I would stay there again in my next visit. Highly recommended.

But the layout of the hotel at the ground level is quite wrong.The owner has tried to put so many things/ structures into a small area. As a result, you will feel so cramped. This resort definitely doesn't deserve 5*. I would give it 3.8*.

The weather is nice all year long over there, only the temperatures could be a bit low sometimes, so to fully enjoy the resort, it would be great if the outside pool could be heated, same for the waterpark.
The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are huge, confortable and fully equipped. There are a lot of activities for the whole family. The waterpark is perfect for kids. A lot of restaurants
