This was by far the best hotel I stayed in in Bolivia (but also most expensive). Amazing views, stylish decor and superb breakfast. The room was very spacious and in good location. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

The Wi-fi was extremely poor, a\the door cards were a constant issue, and the showers could have been better.

The 2-bdrm cabin was very nice, with hardwood floors and a great location provided a lovely view of the lake. The gated parking was a nice, and the staff was accommodating and helpful.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was excellent. We stayed in the low season so not many people around but the staff were superb and the service fantastic. A very good breakfast buffet available with fresh fruit and yoghurt, eggs, a selection of breads, fresh juice and coffee. We ate in t he restaurants one night which was very good. The hotel is an easy walk to town centre, has good views of the lake. Not the cheapest place in town but very comfortable, safe and well managed.

There was no kettle in the room. Hot water in bathroom is turned off at night. Hallway was completely dark.

We had a large beautiful room with a view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. We arrived early and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are far more beautiful in person than in pictures. Every room has a view of the water, though my father's king room with a balcony was extra spectacular. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good not great, and breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Wish we had stayed longer!

Clean, very comfortable rooms. Lovely view of the lake. Staff are kind, breakfast was good and an excellent location - close to very yummy local food so that's a plus. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Really could not recommend the restaurant. Service very slow and the meals extremely mediocre for the price. Buffet breakfast is only at the weekend but decent amount served to your table however. It is VERY quiet here during the week so lacks atmosphere.

Room was amazing, so spacious with great views of the lake. Enjoyed sitting on our little patio in the sunshine. Room had a heater so was very comfortable at night.

When staying in the bathroom, we could hear the family in the room next to ours very loud and clearly. It was a bit annoying when taking a bath. But no noise from other guests in the main room.

The room was very nicely furnished and location is great. We got a vegan breakfast after we asked for it, which was very delicious.

There were two large, loud music events right next door with loudspeakers and live bands and partying. The first night it stopped around 1am; the second night 9pm (though I was fortunate enough to attend the second night and it made my time in Copacabana). Not the hotels fault but relevant to my stay. English television would have been a real splurge but that's just nitpicking.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and attentive to my requests. Hot water wasn't working well the first night but was remedied after I mentioned it the next morning. It was probably the nicest room I've stayed in in my life. The view from the front porch for sunset is incredible.
