The bed is done! Finished! The staff should be given a weekend away and sleep in those beds and make the decision. The Aircon is noisy. Wi-Fi on and off. The surrounding is noisy till 2am.

Maybe the price even though there were others around with the same price.

Yes, the decor is a bit dated and the lifts are slow. Not the end of the world.

I really don’t understand, why this hotel is so lowly rated! I loved it. Huge room, Aircon, all controls by your bedside (tv, lights, Air conditioning). Large buffet style breakfast with lots of choice for both food and drink. The location is absolutely perfect. Directly opposite the metro station and a few blocks to the beach. Check-in was very smooth and check out not until 12 noon!

Everything is super old, one elevator did not worked to our floor (9th), good hotel in the 80s but now it would need a profound refurbishment. The “gym” on the rooftop is just 2 tapis roulant and 2 cyclettes

Every day the card for the room didn't work and i had to go up and down to reception every time. Elevator could be a bit more clean Only 1 electricity plug in the room and very far from the bedroom

A little bit « old fashioned », beds not very confortable

Good location, close to copacabana beach, rooftop pool with a view, plenty of food courts around... The staff members are very kind, they arrange everything for you.

Was on first floor wishing I was higher. Nothing wrong except a LOT of busy people outside. Not the fault of the hotel 🏨 whatsoever. I question the distance to the 🏝️. Probably closer to 800meters.

Some nice surprises. The air conditioning was the best I have ever seen. This might sound strange but the heat and humidity in Copa can be oppressive and my room almost got chilly!! Extremely impressive!! A few blocks further from the beach than I expected but it’s a nice simple walk and close to some great stores. The rooftop pool is amazing and has fabulous views. Remember perspective this is not Vegas ! but Rio will ALWAYS be a special place in the world 🥰❤️. Best of all is the staff. I know it’s a cliche but they truly are like 👍🏻 family 🥰. They all try soooo hard to please you. I am crying as I am checking out. I love them and I am staying right here next time God willing 🙏. God Bless Morocco 🇲🇦 and New York 🙏

Really bad maintenance from all amenities. The cleanliness is there but it doesn’t turn visible.

Breakfast could use improvement. It is adequate and basic. Compared to other hotels in the area, it is a little sparce. No variety - same thing every day.

Staff helpful, lobby clean. Good location , across from the Metro, good rate, basic accommodation, breakfast nothing to rave about but adequate.

Booking says it is a 4 start hotel but it is a 2 star instead. Our bedroom was quite old and the floor wasn't clean. You get what you are paying for.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, had only one towel and the Tv didn’t work. Plus got stuck in the elevator two times and they didn’t fix it so fast.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well
