The bathroom was OK and clean but very simple and not so comfortable. We didn't like so much the ambiance of the upstairs bar.

Very well placed hotel, very kind personel, pleasant and clean room, good A/C in the room. The breakfast is nice and with good service. The restaurant for the dinner is very nice, cosy, with life piano music and very kind and caring service.

Iffy location. Had to Uber everywhere and back - which was ok with us. No restaurants nearby except a one block street of Italian restaurants, all owned by the same family. Menus look all the same. Prices are very high. Maître D’s all very snotty. Included hotel breakfast good but needs to be expanded or at least varied: same every day. Expected better. A la carte lunch and dinner very good, but pricey.

Front desk staff supervisor was super. All reception very helpful. The room was a very large corner suite with windows on two walls. High end fittings throughout the hotel. Verrry comfortable king bed. The property I would say is contemporary luxury, but not super luxury. We liked it enough to stay on two extra nights. Extra clean. Close (but not walkable) to Paulista Street with Sao Paulo museum and lots of A/C shopping malls. This is a great city.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable room with great view over the city. I had a few special requests regarding invoicing (it was a little complicated as part of the trip was private, another was business so I needed separate invoices for each day and separate invoices for accommodation and consumption). The staff were very helpful with everything. I can highly recommend the place.

This was the second time we were staying at this amazing hotel and as before everything was perfect, staff were most helpful and friendly and made us feel most welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Everything was absolutely perfect, starting from a very friendly welcome by some of the most friendly staff I've ever met. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, location is great. I'd give this hotel a 12 out of 10 and will certainly stay there again.

• The view was amazing. We chose this hotel mostly for the view and weren't disappointed :) • The room was spacious and had everything we needed. • Good breakfast, many options to choose from. My wife is allergic to gluten and it's nice that they had gluten-free bread. • WiFi worked well.
