You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilOne of the days we stayed in the room 204 and the shower wasn't as good as the room 905. I was a little disappointed, but apart from that, it was all the same.
The breakfast was simple, but perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. I loved the shower of the room 905. I loved the options for food, but unfortunatly I didn't order it.

BrazilBed’s mattress could be turned around or changed ‘cause there is a hole from usage on one side.
All worked greatly: good price, well located, nice staff, fair breakfast. The area where it is located is calm, close to everything and seemed secure. They have parking, both underground and on the street. But the street where the hotel is located is tranquil at night and thus people can also park on it.

A huge room, very comfortable beds, extensive and varied buffet breakfast, excellent room service choice. A good hotel in the city center, but far from the busiest streets.

NetherlandsInternet connection was gone often and to connect as hotel guest was rather problematic. To be this high level hotel for business purpose internet should work more supportive. The bureau chair did not support mine size and was even dangerous. The soap is this cheap sticking one, maybe alternative a soap dispenser.
The service of the manager of the cleaning staf6 She seems to have more qualities and knowledge of the total hotel. Giving a warm welcome and able to make the guest feel welcome in contrary to some other staff members. Swimming pool good to have some exercises.

this is a hotel you can count on. it has a nice furniture, good equipment, is well located, nice staff. all work easily and fast. breakfast is good. this is a reliable hotel.
