The room window had a view to a wall with some air conditioning equipment only. Bathroom window was a bit rusty and the swimming pool closed a bit early, at 9pm.

Breakfast was really nice. There were a lot of different options to choose from. Room was quite spacious and location was also very good.

Most of the sockets in room were 110V and did not charge my laptop. At least there was one 220V that charged my phone otherwise this would be a big issue

The only thing that let the hotel done was the outside pool and hot tub. Both were a little dirty and too cold to use on an already cool day - Foz do iguazu has limited things to do (after the falls!), we would have been bored had we not had such a nice room to retreat to.

We had the deluxe suite, which I hadn’t realised I had booked as it seemed a reasonable price for any standard hotel room. And wow, it was incredible! A huge room, with huge bed and bathroom. It was beautiful and was definitely worth the extra cost. The staff were very helpful and attentive

I would like to have cash at the ATM of the hotel but it crash and the guy was very kind and help me, but it took more than 3 weeks to have my money back

Very good hotel with a guy who speak English at the reception. The property was good and the food to. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the top. The guy help us to find a taxi, he was very kind. Very very close to the bus station to go to iguazu

Sound-proofing not so good and I can hear footsteps from above my room.

Very friendly front desk staff. I had a clean room and good shower. My booking came with good breakfast included. Location is good in the centre of the city. A bus terminal is just within 5-min's walk where you can take bus no. 120 to Iguazu Falls and back. A huge supermarket (Super Muffato) is within 10-min's walk.

I don't have any complaints. It's maybe not the most beautiful hotel but it has everything you need for a good prize.

The location is very convenient close to the bus station, so you can easily go to the falls on both sides (Brazil & Argentina) for a cheap prize. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. You can have restaurant room service for a reasonable prize. It has a small pool on the rooftop with views of the city. The personnel at reception is very helpful. The breakfast is good.

Agent at Travel Agency in main lobby did not speak English so the process of hiring a guide took a bit longer than usual, but Google Translage came to the rescue, and the guide he arrange for us was excellent, so it all worked out just fine.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast served in the breakfast room from 6:00 am to 10:00 am so quite accommodating for either those needing an early start or those wanting to catch up on sleep. Room was adequate for 2 adults to move around in comfortably. Location made for easy walking to local restaurants and bars. Travel agency in main lobby arranged a guide for us who we used for 3 days - Argentinian side of the falls, bird park and Brazilian side of the falls, and early morning ride back to the airport. He spoke only a little English and we no Portuguese and very little Spanish, but we managed just fine using Google Translate on our phones

There was a bit of misunderstanding because of what was written on Booking.com about the complimentary shuttle pick up at arrival. But they are sortimg it out. Second unpleasant thing was the fact that the pool area has no good drainage, so the rain water made big puddles.

Staf at front desk soeak English, which is rare in Brazil. Extremely attentive to customer's concerns, always polite and very helpful. Breakfast was varied and good enough. Maybe too many sweets, but that's a personal choice.

The public restroom near the lobby was only one stall, and the flushing system didn’t work well, so one morning it was not useable.

The room had everything we needed and plenty of space. We loved the rooftop pool and bar, though we didn’t get to use it as much as we had liked, since we were touring the falls all day, both days we were there. I also likes how eco-conscious this hotel was, with motion-sensing lights in the hallways to the rooms and public bathroom. They also had a water filter machine to fill water bottles before heading out for a day of exploring the area. They staff was amazing and very helpful with answering all our questions and helping us to book tours and transportation. most of them also spoke English. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with lots of offerings.

Hard to find anything negative, maybe that the door opens quite loudly so not suitable for day naps while the other goes in and out. The aircon was loud, but manageable. Also the laundry they work with overcharged us, we had three small bags (separated by fabric type) and the laundry charged for 4 kilos. Better pack less bags.

Clean, the quality, the pool, the pool bar, snooker table, helpful staff, more variety for breakfast than I ever had at home :D
