To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Hong KongValue for money isn't the best. For one of top 4 high end hotels in Sao Paulo we expected much nicer. Bathroom and closet small and bed very hard not comfortable. We had suite but still I think for the money would have expected something better.

Hong KongRooms for the price not quite as nice as would have expected. Bathroom quite small and closet space limited. Staff very good but seems take forever get glass of wine on terrace. Tried two nights and both nights took forever. Bed was very hard and not soft at all.
Overall excellent location and luxury high end boutique hotel. Generally service very good and staff very attentive. Very nice to just walk out of hotel and have so many shops and restaurants. We had suite and was fairly quiet as only 3 rooms per floor. Super clean room and housekeeping did a good job taking care of room.

GermanyRoom Rates are a bit of a challenge even compared to top rated hotels in Europe. All top 4 hotels - Emiliano, Fasano, Tangara Palace and Rosewood - are about in the same price range. Given the Positives as outlined before, I would still come back.

My second favorite hotel in all of Sao Paolo. Hotel Unique is number 1, but this is much better located near Rue Freiere and shops, restaurants, et cetera. GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD!

Small bathroom with a big tub therefore no space for a shower door. Bathroom smells like a sewer when you shower. Hard mattress.
