For a 4 stars hotel, many little details made it more a 3.5 stars hotel. • Small elevators •A shower that takes over 3 minutes of running water to get lukewarm • Remote controller was missing the battery cover and that detail is not acceptable for anything about 3 stars • There was no means to get hot water not a coffee, unless you bought one at the restaurant or waited for breakfast hours. There should be a kettle and some options for coffee and tea for guests, either at the room or at the reception • We paid for a room for 3 people, but they left only 1 complementary sweet • For several times the cards did not open the doors and I had to got 4 times to the reception to fix them • At the restaurant, there is no visible drink menu and therefore you have to guess what they serve and the prices are a mystery I was told only after paying that my child did not need to pay, and therefore I spent extra for a room for 3. But that I blame on booking.com

Both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. The price was very cheap for the quality and variety of options. Although the room is a bit old, it is very well preserved. The staff spoke English well. The area is within walking distance to the Hercílio Luz Bridge, Beira Mar Norte and writhing 25 min you get to Beira-mar shopping on foot, while enjoying the unique scenery. Only 25 min from the airport with Uber. I’d be glad to come back, if there was a cheaper offer.

There is no iron, no microwave and the TV is kot smart neither can be connected to my personal device to have more options than Portuguese programs.

The restaurant was a bit too crowded and chaotic at breakfast time.

I only spent only one night at this hotel, but I liked the large and very comfortable room, which was so very clean.

Two of the front desk staff were not on par with the nice, welcoming atmosphere all the other staff is providing to the guests.

A great property in a fantastic location of you want to explore the city. We where here for carnival and it was so well organised and efficient the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous each day with excellent choice and freshness.

I didn't like the smell in the room where we stayed(moldy) and in the breakfast hall. I think that there was a party in the next room, they were really loud but fortunately my kids are solid sleepers. You have to pay for the car parking separately.

The staff is really helpful and polite. The hotel has an excellent location.

Large and spacious room. We got an upgrade room with a nice view. The room was very well equipped and quiet. We slept very well. Soundproof was good. Comfortable bed with good quality bed clothing and various pillows. Good lighting. Good air conditioning. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast - served in a nice room. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel.
