The wi-fi simply didn't work and sadly it is around an already remote area. I had meetings cancelled because I couldn't connect properly. That's a bummer.

Pool - fair, clean, best for kids, but ok for adults as well. Breakfast - Ok, coffee itself not so good, everything else was nice. Room - Amazing space, some facilities didn't work but would recommend for a couple or traveling alone.

The pool has to be better mantained. The water was kind of white-ish. I understand it can be difficult with the heat and so much use during the day but I am sure they can do something during the night to keep it clean.

It is very well organized for family vacations, especially with small kinds. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant serves some basic food all day and there is a buffet at night. Everything was delicious and good price. We dined out a the shopping center and in the city and although it was a bit cheaper not worthwhile the commute.

Nothing around the hotel to get some basic groceries like water, snacks etc. Breakfast is ok but low quality food.

We had the problem with the flushing in the toilet, was an easy fix but a little annoying as we needed to fix it often. The mattresses were somewhat jumpy to sleep together in one bed. The billiard cues in the game room need to be changed. We used laundry service and one of the blouses should have been ironed on a different, more gentle setting, so it got traces of iron. Bedsheets were a little old, some holes and worn spots.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and the buffet had good selection of food to choose from and the quality is quite good as well. Mostly well maintained.

The rooms are quite outdated, with some weird room layouts. The bathrooms are ok at best, and while not dirty per se, the old layout and tiles made it feel a bit dirty.

Perfect location, so close to the main attractions! The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was very easy. The pool was very nice, lots of space for both adults and kids. The included breakfast was very good, nice selection of food and drinks available. Good AC on the rooms! (very much needed in Foz) Big rooms. Plenty of free parking.

Unfortunately, it seems they no longer offer their dinner buffet which was nice after a long hiking day. The rooms are comfortable enough but I would expect very basic beds. Be ready to speak Portuguese or Spanish; not much English. Very kind staff though!

This was the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel in the perfect location to see some of the main attractions of the area. Beyond its convenient location, the hotel also has awesome recreational offerings including arcade games, pools, ping pong, tennis, basketball and more! Fantastic for families!
