Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not a lot of sightseeing around the hotel
It was great for one night. We stayed here for Tomorrowland, so location was great next to Arca. Other than that there’s nothing much in the neighborhood

It's a bit too noisy. The hotel is located next to a heliport and a big highway.
The breakfast was quite good. Generous, lots of options, clean, organised and not too crowded. The staff was kind and helpful. The cleaning service was great, they kept my room super tidy all the time.

Pillows were not good enough, they were too thin. The cleaning lady woke me up in the morning to check if there was a need to clean the room, there should be a sign next to the door to put outside of the room stating "Do not disturb". My friends found that sign in the bathroom next to the towels, I didn't check. Long queue to buy snacks, drinks and food because sometimes there is only one person to do the check in and check out process, answer the phone and receive payment from people. I would recommend having another person to support the service, automating the check in/out process or providing food in the rooms to be payed in the check out. As other people said, the noise can be disturbing since there is a heliport nearby, people speaking out loud in the corridor and car moving on the avenue.
Good breakfast and nice location when going to events in ARCA.

Horrible Location. Very loud, even when you are going to sleep you can hear the helicopters in the area. And very far away from everything, just a few options for eating, the area is not the worse but is not that safer either. A bit isolated with many gas stations along the way. All in all :( Just for the location I would say a bit pricy and not worthy.
The staff was genuinely very friendly. The apartment was clean and super comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found a few areas that need improvement. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite outdated and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Moreover, a significant portion of the staff seemed untrained or not well-prepared for their roles, which affected the overall service quality. A recurrent issue I faced was the hotel key card constantly getting demagnetized, requiring frequent visits to the reception for reactivation. Additionally, the breakfast area lacks adequate seating capacity. On two occasions, I was left standing outside due to the lack of available tables. I hope the management takes these concerns into account for future guests.
The structure of the hotel is very good except for the air conditioning and the coffee area that does not support the capacity

It took 20 mins to get my receipt upon check-out. I didn't even need the official Nota Fiscal then -- just a receipt -- but even that took 20 mins.
I stayed just 1 night because I had an early meeting nearby early the next day and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, given the price. Because it was so affordable, I thought it might be a little run-down but quite the opposite! Breakfast was very nice.

the hotel smells dirty clothes, starting from the front desk, the corridors, rooms... it smells just like dirty clothes. The windows aren't noisy prove and the towels smells vinegar. I think they are trying to save money at the most (with the excuse they are helping the environment).

I asked for an extra bed or crib for my baby when I booked but the room i was given didn't have it. It was late so I chose not to ask to change to a different room and let the baby sleep in my bed.
Easy check in, friendly staff, clean and enough space for a one night stand. The location was perfect for my needs.
