Only things we didn't like were bathroom washbasin, a big faucet almost covering the whole basin difficult to to wash your face. Also the poor selection of TV channels we stayed for 8 nights and sometimes would have liked to watch some TV

Everything about the hotel stay was excellent, great room with a fabulous view. Breakfast was superb with a great choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

Check in took longer than expected seeing that you reserve and input all the information ahead of time. I wasn’t able to fully understand the reception attendant because of a language barrier. I should have just waited for the employee who spoke English more clearly. The room service food wasn’t good. I would skip. They charge for a bucket of ice which is normally complimentary at most hotels. I wish they offered irons in the rooms instead of via a service. Some thing’s need to be quickly groomed on the spot. Having to prearrange proved to be quite inconvenient. Lastly, although the breakfast buffet was large and had a good variety, it wasn’t well looked after. Things finished and they left it there. Overall I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

I enjoyed the view from my room. I also enjoyed the rooftop space. The minibar was also well stocked.

If I have to be picky, the elevator sometimes takes longer to arrive.

The outstanding service and superb communication. Every time I reached out, they always got back to me in a timely manner with a satisfying answer. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast came with a great variety and speedy refills. We especially love the rooftop pool and the stunning view. It's walking distance to the art museum, supermarket next door, and the beach right across the road. It's not in Rio but it's very easy and quick by Uber.

Some parts of the hotel room need repairs. We booked a room with balcony, if there could be a pair of chairs and table, it would be perfect.

The staff is the highlight ! Very friendly and ready to help at anytime ! The breakfast buffet was perfect, and in the hotel you can also have lunch and dinner, if you want. Food was great !

We booked a suite but when we arrived were given a room since the only suite was 8,000+ reais for 3 days! This was an error by booking on their website. The food was excellent except for the so-called integral bread at breakfast which was disgusting!

Only small gripes were the linen - after changing it had an unpleasant vinegar smell, probably from cleaning products.

The staff, location and facility are absolutely amazing. We were in a sticky situation due to an Airbnb experience that failed so we needed to find a place to stay at 2am. After a 15 hour flight we arrived and had a good night's sleep and an amazing breakfast. My wife has allergies and the kitchen staff prepared special dishes for her that were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back

Small issues with gym in first day and did not solved in 30 min, only on next day. Nobody knows english. Swimming pool is not working at 6-8am, later you dint need it. Only fruits were good on the breakfast. They even can not do omelette without salt despite you have asked twice. And first in my life I have to paid for usual coffee separately, which looks stupid.
