Air con takes a while to get going, communal areas not air conditioned either... But it was a heat wave when we stayed so probably not a huge problem normally!

It was great that they have airport shuttle, but when I arrived at the airport, I was not able to find the shuttle. The instructions were not clear enough, as the pick-up bays are really wide and I had no clue if I should go left or right and could not see the hotel’s name on any of them, I was there in good time, but couldn’t find them. When I checked in, I asked about the shuttle back to the airport the following day and was told that I should just show up 10min before departure. The next day I show up and they ask if I booked a spot, I said no, because I was told there was no need. They then said I was lucky as there was only one spot left

The checkin was easy and the room was clean. It is about 15 minutes from the airport.

Storage space was limited, plenty of hanging space but probably designed for short overnight stays, not a weeks stay. Limited options in the shop beside reception for snacks and drinks, only sold small bottles of water (510 ml) and no facilities close by to shop for extras.

Starting at the beginning, an early arrival at the airport, so contacted the hotel via the Booking app to inform them that I was at the airport, either the shuttle was sent or informed,I was there so only waited a short while. I arrived at the hotel 7 hours before the check in time, requested an early check in, which was forth coming when clean. Facillities were ideal for my requirements, comfortable room, good sized bed and bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food plus fruit, a range of fruit juices available every morning. The evening buffet again had a good selection of dishes and a number of deserts, there is also a snack menu, room service menu and restaurant menu.

Maybe it's a bit far from the city, however we didn't plan to go to the center, so it was ok for us.

Very basic room not for a long time. Very comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast with a good variety of food. Transfer from the airport is a huge advantage. A good hotel to rest between the flights.

The bathroom shower drainage system made be feel unhappy. While taking a shower the water rise and doesn't drain down quickly. I believe its clog and not clean.

The hotel provide shuttle airport service and buffet style dining. The dining hours provide varies types of food for breakfast lunch and dinner and it was tasty.

Had dinner in the restuarant in the evening but although the service was great the food was definately not. Greasy, tasteless and more like a bad fast food experience.

Minor gripes. Aircon a little noisy and I wondered how long it was since the filters were cleaned. Room on first floor pretty quiet but on the fifth floor there was aircraft noise. Not very loud but noticeable.

Good shuttle service to and from airport. Quick check in and check out. Very nice staff everywhere. Good buffet in the evening, excellent breakfast. Room comfortable. Nespresso machine. Blackout curtains.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Guarulhos airport, and the hotel transportation was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was standard but OK. The staff were friendly and helpful.

At first they put us in a room that was already occupied, but they fixed it quickly once we told them.

The wifi did not reach our room which was quite a problem since we did not have sim cards for the country and for this reason were quite dependent on the wifi.

The fast and convenient free taxi to and from the airport is a proper bonus. The rooms are spacious. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was divine and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!

Their shuttle is not guaranteed so if you want to use it from the airport to the hotel then you need some luck because in order to be at the pickup location there should be another guest departing from the hotel and if there is no other guest departing then the shuttle just doesn't come.
