We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room aircon was rather noisy, the furniture was looking a bit tired and the toilet did not have a sign not to throw paper in it. That caused a problem... The carpark was OK but not great, and the fees were not the cheapest.
The room size was excellent, as well as the view. The breakfast was good (not excellent though) and the hotel facilities were really good. Staff was lovely and helpful, and they spoke just enough English to make my partner feel welcome and included.

GermanyThe building itself is an interesting design, with an open the core looking upward to the the room levels. With the internal core as a hub for reception, dining and lounge, it created an echo chamber up to the rooms. I was woken up from shouting below at 2.30 am and 3.30 am respectively on two different nights. I called down to reception, but was told the noise is coming from people in the lounge, with a tone that there was nothing that could be done about it. For a 5 star hotel, this is unacceptable. I did ask for a room change, which was granted, but I was woken up by shouting in the lounge, sitting area again at 3.30 nonetheless. Coffee machines are provided in the breakfast room, but too bad about it's cappuccino selection--it only comes with a sugar option. Otherwise, espresso-type options via a coffee-capsule are only possible at the bar and near the reception desk, but this must be paid for. This is not available at breakfast.
The rooms were comfortable. The breakfasts and restaurant/ dinner meals were very good. The day staff were very helpful (the night staff is another issue, explained below)

IrelandThe hotel needs an update very old decor. The carpets was dirty and the room some furniture was in bad conditions. The price was reasonable and kids don't pay. Good location when you fly to Confins also Shopping center in front. The receptionist wasn't friendly and nobody helped with laggages. There wasn't towels and the shower wasn't work poor service for 5 star hotel

BrazilThe breakfast was good and staff were friendly, but the eating area is not the most inviting: the lighting is stark white, the tables are fairly close together and it was a little noisy. The rooms are comfortable but the whole place is a little dated, and the bathroom, while adequate, needs renovating. We arrived late at night and there was no room service available, not even with a more restricted menu. Did not feel that the hotel deserves to be rated a 5-star hotel.
The hotel's architecture is quite impressive and there seem to be useful amenities such as a pool, spa and salon, although we did not get a chance to use them.

Comfortable and quiet room. The restroom had a bathtub, which is uncommon in Brazil. Breakfast was nice, with quite a variety of options. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
