The only critique I have about this property is how slippery the floors are by the pool. Please be careful when walking barefoot there as it is very slippery when wet.

I loved staying at this hotel! Every member of this staff was so kind and willing to help. I was very thankful for their guidance on which beach to go or how to get some where as this was a trip that was booked quite last minute for me so I didn’t do much research. This is a very comfortable and beautiful hotel. The breakfast is also great with an omelette and tapioca bar.

Large well equipped room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed with good linen. Good bathroom with strong shower. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant adjacent. Strong WiFi everywhere at the hotel.

The breakfast could have been better with different options for different days instead of having the same everyday. Also, there was so building work going on during the day which was very noisy.

An excellent place to stay close to the city centre in Porto Seguro. The room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach. The wifi gave us no trouble at all.

The general service was good. I just found that the rooms cleaning could be done earlier. Sometimes 5pm the room wasn't cleaned. I also find the charging 50 reais per stay for the pet is too much. This info is not in their website and I only found out about it after getting in touch with the hotel. I had already paid for my stay so could not change it.

I paid 100R$ extra per day for my 2 small dogs and I could not use most of the hotel areas with them (pool deck, bar, not even the restaurant had a separate table that we could sit with the dogs). The staff was more worried about the rules of the hotel than to provide a pleasant experience. Lots of uncalled taxes (e.g. tax to get a towel to use the pool while using the room towel in the pool if forbidden; tax to have plates and cutleries in the room; the price of the items in the fridge was not available). We had to decorate the restaurant and reception phone numbers because there was not even a post-it with those numbers in the room. We had to check out very early to travel and had no option to have a breakfast before leaving. I think you have a great hotel in a great location with an expensive price (specially if the guest have dogs), but need to have more care with the guest experience and really be honest and call out that you are not "pet friendly", just "accept" pets.

weird layout of the room. i think the architect was drunk when they decided to put the bathroom next to the hallway. food was massively over priced for the quality. don’t recommend ordering anything at the pool. everything except the bed is uncomfortable. pool loungers made of wood with no pillows, benches at reception horrible to sit on. when it rains the reception area gets water in it.

Very basic breakfast; if you have dietary restrictions, good luck: there are not many options and there are no labels at all indicating which kind of food is being served, you just have to guess or keep asking the staff. Rooms were smelling like pee, and the view was very different from the pictures advertised on the website. Instead of a nice view, we were just facing an ugly wall. Dinner was chaotic: orders took 2h to be fulfilled. The hotel is indeed close to the beach, but not in a great area. I would never stay there again; that was a very bad decision which I heavily regret. Nicer hotels for the same price range in better location and offering better service can be found in Porto Seguro and Arraial D'ajuda.
