Pool was under repair.

I stayed here for five nights. There was security always present in the lobby so I immediately felt at ease and safe in the street. Location is very good as it is near convenience stores and near the beach. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast - Varied choices and there's always crispy bacon, eggs, toast, pancake/waffles and a good selection of fresh fruits. The size of the room was just right and I was able to move around freely even with my luggage. Comfy beds, good water pressure and room lighting. I would highly recommend and I would book here again.

the bathroom sometimes had a peculiar oar - perhaps from the drains; the shower was a bit slow to drain;

we were given early check-in with no additional cost; the breakfast offerings were comprehensive (cereals, meat, eggs, veggies, pastries); the front staff all spoke English and were very helpful re recommending restaurants, etc.; staff were uniformed and the overall presentation of this hotel was better than average; would return.

The TV in our room didn’t work (I.e. there was no satellite or it wasn’t calibrated properly). The breakfast was too expensive to try, but there are other places to eat around the area (although they open later than elsewhere).

The location is fantastic - with the Copacabana right outside and the wonderful sun. It was easy to get around as Uber is so cheap in Rio. The lifts were always functional and you never had to wait long at all. The hotel kept our bags safe as we arrived early until we could check in, and allowed us to get ready in the guest bathrooms. The air con worked well and was very strong.

The issue we had was that there was maintenance work on the swimming pool so we were unable to use this during our stay. This was one if not the main reason why we booked this Hotel. obviously this was a fairly expensive stay without the breakfast and very disappointed we were unable to access all the facilities the Hotel offered.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, it was intermittent. I had to work one day and it was impossible. Also the breakfast was expensive for a Brazilian couple :)

My standard room was a little smaller than I expected but still met my needs and was comfortable. I seemed to have an unfortunate room allocation with it being right next to the lifts. Unfortunately this made it quite noisy as I heard the lift going up and down every single time someone pressed the button!I only stayed two nights … after the first night the hotel did offer to change my room for me.

Great location seconds from the beach. Reception staff were very welcoming with good English and literally every member of staff I walked past inside the hotel was friendly and offered a warm greeting and a smile. The roof top pool is small but the outside sitting area up there was nice with a bar and the ability to order food there as well as in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Air con worked well and it was nice to have a fridge in the room.

It was a little noise , Loud music on the hall very early ( around 8 am) and loud guests too .

Location and breakfast were amazing. I definitely enjoyed and would stay there again . This was our second time at the hotel and we intend to go back soon , maybe next year in February for carnival festivities.

Great location on quiet side street half block from our favorite part of Copacabana beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, felt safe and secure even late at night. Room was very clean and comfortable with nice closet and room safe.

Lovely and professional staff. They took care of me like I belonged to their family. Just one example, on the day I already checked out, I came back from the beach they gave me a tower for taking shower before I asked them ...

Shower was a bit small for someone 6’0 like me but that was the only minor detail

Amazing location right next to the beach. Staff was Amazing !! Best we had on our whole trip around South America. The even brought me up a cake as a surprise on my Birthday. Felt like home.
