Smelled odd, musty or moldy. Carpet a little sticky. I'd advise no carpet - go with tile to avoid musty smell since you turn off ac when no guests. Keep the mini mart open! Keep a restaurant open!

A little run down. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. No kettle - but they bought a new one for us. Stains on some furniture. Main pool didn’t seem very clean. Could be much better with a bit of TLC.

Very relaxed, quiet, awesome location. Staff were friendly and helpful. So much cheaper than other properties on Paradise Island.

It was an amazing place for the two of us. Easy ceck in, super helpful and friendly stuff! You can easy walk to the beach and explore paradise island and Nassau. Definitely recommend this Place!

Breakfast buffet is open every day according to the sign, but they opened it totally randomly, it was open only two days out of seven. Downstairs apartments are a little dark and ours wasn't that clean. It would have been totally okay if the weather had been good and we only spent the nights there, but it was very windy, so we had to stay at the apartment for more time during the day.

Office members are very friendly, accommodation is close to everything. Good place to stay if the weather is good and you only want to sleep there.

paradise island as an area is very overrated, there are no good restaurants and shops outside Atlantis you will have to cross the bridge to get to downtown

The price was not clear & transparent communicated. Not the way I was used to by Booking. There were several amounts put on the room. So the room did cost much more than it looked like at first sight. VERY TRICKY. The hotel needed an update & renovation.

Very friendly staff (shout out to Dave in security, and Jamal and Alfred in the office). Quiet and serene location with three pools and clean rooms. Would recommend if you're looking for a more affordable stay in Paradise Island.

The hotel could use an update but it was still a nice room for the price. I did not get a change to try out the restaurant but there wasn't an option for dinner since it is only opened from breakfast and lunch. I would recommend a dinner option since the restaurants on the island are not close to the hotel.

The rooms were very dated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom was small and had no ventilation system. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the water kept getting too hot or too cold. Also, the sofa bed our daughter slept on was not in good shape and needs to be replaced ASAP.

The gardens were beautiful. The pools were often empty, so we'd have them to ourselves. The most beautiful beaches were a short walk. If it was really hot out, we'd take an electric scooter though. The air-conditioning was good. The room was spacious.

Really loved the location and it felt very homely. 3 swimming pool options, but the property was in walking distance to the beautiful Cabbage Beach. The price very was reasonable compared to the larger all inclusive resorts nearby and definitely worth it if you’re only there for a few days. The apartments were spacious, we had a great living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom!

The gym was not operational. Store lacked insufficient product. They needed a host to make the stay feel more welcoming throughout your stay.. Beach wasn't private.

Close enough to Atlantis and outside restaurants. Pools were readily available outside your door.

The kitchen needs a whole lot of improvement, especially the stove. It’s rented more like an apartment - bring you own pots and pans, hand towels and detergent, mugs for tea/coffee and not 4 ozs cups. The microwave must have had a small fire.

The staff and security were exceptional. They made my stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.

The unit was a little dated but everything worked well and it was immaculate.

The pools were well kept. We had a first floor unit with a great patio with privacy. The room and unit were clean and spacious.
