You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe shuttle is supposed to come every half hr at 15 min after and 15 min to the hr but it wasn’t there at 15 min after and had to contact the property. Said it was traffic related. Did not notice any traffic at 8pm.

CanadaThe staff are very flat and robotic, albeit polite. Both days at the restaurant there was only one very quiet, shy woman working in the dining area. Although each room has a coffee maker with small packets of decaf and caf coffee, in the evening, you can’t order this in the restaurant (sorry, coffee only for breakfast).
Liked shuttle and ability to park car for week while away. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy.

Australiacomplementary tea and coffee appliances need upgrade. No kettle for tea drinkers where we had twin beds. Our king room was very good but access to power outlet for kettle was made difficult, had to boil kettle at other side of room, but it did work , Apparently there were no gluten free options for breakfast, so we went elsewhere.
Location was excellent for our needs, and staff were very accommodating . Pick up and drop off for airport .Clean and comfortable room and beds.

Hong KongThe location is not close to airport. Shuttle service is a “must”! However, we have waited for over half hour at airport and cannot see the shuttle bus. We attempted to phone up but in vain. The next morning, when we need to go back to airport for an early flight, we have booked the shuttle. This time is very good.

CanadaThe tub basin was very slippery and would benefit from anti-slip strips. Because of location, you can hear road noise, which is easily rectified by using ear plugs.
Courtesy shuttle to airport. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The coffee and tea in room with actual creamers is a very nice and welcoming touch. Love the shampoo/conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower.
