We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaAnts, a lot of them on the floor and tub, but the maintenance guy came to fix it right after. It was quiet most of the time, but the upstairs guest was slamming his/her door several times around 2 am and was quite loud.
The location is awesome with a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Also, its adjacent restaurant (Eggspectation Richmond) is very clean, has great meal options, and the service/meals are excellent. The hotel lobby has free hot chocolate (yummy) and very nice coffee 24/7 from a single-brew machine.

CanadaThe shuttle driver was a few minutes late and seemed to dislike his job. The room could use a refresh. The bathroom wasn't up to our standard for cleanliness on our first visit. However, the room looked clean on our second visit.
Free shuttle every 30 minutes. The beds were quite comfortable. There was a fair bit of noise when other guests passed outside the room. Overall, I had a restful sleep. The water pressure was good in the shower. The retro themed lobby was interesting.

Clear communication - I booked the room with a minimum of online frustration. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff directed me to decent local restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Airport shuttle left on schedule. These people take pride in their work. A clean, dependable no-frills accommodation experience that I will gladly repeat, and worth the price, compared with the third-world experience available nearby at a lower cost.

Canada30 minute wait for checking in We're sent over from accent inn to sandman. Sandman was where we all actually stayed. Brides room..a supposed upgrade was worse than ours. Damage wise.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle did not come to the airport when it was supposed to so I had to call and they told me it wasn’t moving for some reason and to take a cab and they took $20 off my hotel tab. The cab was $20, but you’ve got to tip them so it was a little out of pocket, but no big deal. 
Very convenient, nice to car, super clean, and a good price. Airport shuttle going out early in the morning was a big bonus.  Restaurant next-door was great.  I like the sense of humor that this chain has.

CanadaThe carpet was a bit dirty. I wouldn't want to step on it barefoot. There was no access to any toothbrushes in the room. We had to get it at the front dresk which was a hassle. No complimentary slippers to wear.
The shuttle was a big help for putting our large boxes in to the airport. The manager was awesome for helping us out with it. Staff are friendly.
