The jacuzzi was not working, neither was the sauna, the pool area was a little dirty, and the male staff member that was at front desk was not the friendliest of staff.

Breakfast was great, pool was warm, room was clean and comfortable and location was good.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but not rude either. Just wish they had been a bit more talkative regarding our stay. The traffic was fairly loud but we were aware of that going in. The pillows weren’t comfortable at all so next time I will be bringing my own.

For the price and location the facility was very nice and clean. The included breakfast was delicious!!

The room is kept very clean. Staff are helpful and efficient. We had to shorten our stay in short notice and the staff resolved it in no time. Breakfast was included! It was fresh and yummy.

Good thing that we brought our own alarm, as the clock did not work. Could not change the time or set the alarm to be up in time for our appointment. Could not be late for appointment.

Could not access breakfast as had to check out by 5:15 am. Had appointment at Mississauga hospital for 6 am. The hospital was only 9 minutes down the QEW. Very happy that we had a peaceful rest, & a short drive to hospital. We were happy to stay at the admiral inn & would recommend it to anyone that needsto be close to all that we needed. Thank you for providing such a pleasant room.

The building is in need of some modern renovations. The hallways are a little bit old. The rooms are showing their age although they were clean.

Not enough towels left in the room. Smell of Marijuana in the hallways outside my room, spoke with staff, did not seem to address the issue. The lady at check out was a bit disrespectful. The blanket on the bed was very uncomfortable to use. Overall, pretty good, I would probably return.

I liked the pool, though the hot tob was a little on the colder side, so was the pool. I liked the breakfast.

The night hotel staff was not friendly nor understanding when I told him that the bath tub walks were covered in the previous guest’s hair. I even showed him pictures of the bath tub and the walls covered in hair. It was disgusting. He prided himself by saying the hotel has a very good house cleaner who keeps the rooms clean but I told him clearly not because if she did a good job then why is there lots of hair in the tub and in the tub walls. It was 11:30 pm and this was very annoying after a 4 hour drive and and another 4 hrs at a funeral, I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed but instead, I had to deal with this issue. The front desk offered another room which I accepted but I had to now disturb my roommate who had already settled into bed only to pick up everything and move our suitcases to another room. It was midnight when we finally went to sleep.

The location was good with lots of parking. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety.

The included breakfast ends at 10:00 which seems a bit early, especially since checkout is at 11:00.

This hotel is only a few minutes drive from the Clarkson Go Station, and then just a 35 minute train ride to Union Station. Far more economical than any hotel in downtown Toronto! The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in shower with multiple jets was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Mo water was in the room . I called reception and he told me I should go and get it from the machine. My 4 year old son was with me in the room and he was sleeping so I couldn’t do so. Then one of my friends came to see me and I asked him to bring some water for me!

Staff were friendly specially the lady in front desk in the morning and the lady in restaurant.
