Originally had a third floor room facing the pool area. Very loud music with lots of bass coming from the pool area. Ask for a different room if you want to get to sleep before it shuts off at 10pm.

I would like to see some different menu options. Not a lot to choose from and the food was sub-par. We had better food across the street.

Location is great, walking distance to the Tower, great restaurants, and shopping. You can walk to the hockey game. Rooms are comfortable. Tea and coffee and a fridge. Beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff was GREAT!

The continental breakfast was slightly disappointing. We would have liked more fruit options and fresh juice.

The room was excellent. Very large with an extremely comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

Didn’t get to use the pool because it closed at 8:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. due to some maintenance.

The front desk Staff are very friendly and helpful! The Freestyle Poolside Restaurant Staff(especially Ben) were amazing! They were very friendly and very accommodating! My family, friends & I enjoyed our stay! Loved it and will definitely come back!

just bathroom a disappointment as toilet very low And shower head almost coming out of the wall. Also would expect a smart TV so can use Netflix , Prime etc

The tub/shower needed some work. The shower head was falling out of the way and the tub was super squeaky when you stood in it.

The hotel has a good vibe, it is beautifully designed and decorated. The location is great, we were able to walk only a block or two to a really good restaurant. The best part is the underground parking that is included!

Heater in the room was very loud, rattled a lot, woke me up every time it came on. Needs servicing Said pool side view when its closed in winter so for luxury room bad view of roof.

Not much I did not like. Maybe there could have been a gym within the hotel or additional facilities, but all that was promised was perfectly there.

Room was very nice, it was comfortable and spatious enough. There was a nice desk from which to work. It was ideal for someone travelling for work like me.

Bathroom has printed glass walls - so you can "see" a silhouette of whoever is showering or going to the loo! Lovely creative idea, badly executed. Bath products (shampoo, moisturiser, body wash) provided were very "refreshing" to the point of making my eyes and "other" parts sting!! The sink was in the main room - so not very hygienic as you have to exit the toilet to wash your hands. Toilet roll holder too far from the seat! Some staff were amazing. Some very indifferent.

Bed was comfy. Nice view of the Calgary Tower. Nice big windows. Good desk (a little in the way of getting around). Nice to have 2 eating and drinking options in the hotel. Swimming pool was being fixed so couldn't use it at that time, but that would have been good. Gym on site.

sadly, their indoor pool was inoperable and we were advised day before. This was a romantic getaway for my friends so that was disappointing. They should have made an effort to give the guests a bottle of champagne or something to make up for this issue.
