Remote check-in was problematic as we could not access the first room allocated: it took almost an hour to get a loft room which was much smaller than expected from the photos. No elevator, so had to get cases up 3 flights of winding staircase. Restaurant mentioned in previous reviews now closed down and building work to property is ongoing.

The cobblestone road can be a little loud at night with cars. No front desk staff, housekeeping, or other hotel amenities, but staff is available through text, email, or phone at all times.

Excellent location! Close to restaurants, cafes, sites and charming walks in the old city, as well as shopping and restaurants outside of the old city! Room had high ceilings and large windows looking out to the park.

The staff was very friendly, the check-in was super smooth, the room was clean and had all basic facilities. The location of this hotel is superb - just a short walk to the Fairmont hotel, Plains of Abraham and all the main attractions of old town Quebec. The hotel faces a beautiful, serene park which is amazing.

No lift so if you come with babies, strollers and lot of luggage it can be challenging. Bathroom a bit old but was working.

Room key did not work the first night; staff was responsive but still took 15 minutes to get into room after a very long day. No cold water or tea/coffee service after breakfast.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast included and was good. Note: our dinner at the Apsara Restaurant in the building (same owners) was excellent. Able to park our car very close by and affordably.

the food in the restaurant is excellent. Nice small family business. I understand that after covid they need time to be fully back. Anyway, it's clean and comfortable enough. Location is great.

When using a search I asked for places with parking. After booking I found out that parking was not supplied but available offsite for an additional fee. As well, there was a tub with a hand held hose unit. No standard shower for $275 a night is unacceptable for me.

TV service didn't work. TV turned on but we couldn't get any channels on either HDMI ports.

The owner is quite nice. She serves the continental breakfast to each customer personally. The service is personal and welcoming. I would stay there again because the owner was very nice to us.

The hotel was very nice. It was in a great location and the staff were helpful and very nice. The room we were in was larger than it appeared in pictures. Large corner tub in a large bathroom.

A better parking arrangement is needed. We were very lucky to get a parking spot.

The service from the lady that checked us in and out was fantastic! She helped us find parking near the front of the hotel at a great price and secured our bicycles inside the hotel.
