Room was very noisy likely due to mechanical issues and robbed us of at least one night of good sleep. Cleanliness was so-so at best concerning room and overall resort. Dishes and cutlery were not up to acceptable standards. Overall the entire resort is showing it's age and is definitely in need of renovations and upgrading

Location and surroundings/view were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly and made it possible and easy for us to change rooms due to mechanical noise issues. Pricing was reasonable.

The housekeeping took too long to prepare our suite, so we waited in the car while he finished. Additionally, the toilet needed a thorough cleaning, as it was not spotless.

Kim the server is excellent and very accomodating. She even gave us a list of the best places to visit in Banff.

The suites are a bit tiny. For the 1 bedroom suite we had for 4 people was a bit snug, but it made do for the short stay we were there. The pool area was tiny and most noticeable during the rush hour and busy weekend crowds.

Love the lodge feel of each suite. Ours was directly across the main lobby and pool so the little jaunt was perfect, even more so in the cold! I love the outdoor hottub, although at times it could get busy.

We could hear the people on the other room through the door. It was a small kid who started crying at 4am and then running around at 6AM. It was one of those suites that can be accessed through a door in case you want to stay close or with kids.

We stayed at the junior suite and the room was great. It had everything we needed and more. Small fridge, comfortable beds, nice tv and very spacious and clean. Great toiletries too. The pool and hot tubs were a plus!!!

Service could be better. Our room was on the second floor and we didn't know there weren't any elevators. We had to haul our luggages on our own through the stairs at 9pm. I also expected a little bit more with the items that they serve, being spoiled from our first stay.

We were only 2 guests, so having a queen-sized bed all to yourself was wonderful! The room was very big and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The hotel was only a 5 minute drive away from Banff Town which was convenient. If you don't have a car, they also offer shuttle rides to and from town for convenience and there isn't any need to park your vehicle.

Need to shovel off snow in front of parking spaces. Had to go around snow piles to unload the car. No decaff coffee for the coffee maker. Most competitors provide decaff as well as regular coffee. Could supply CoffeeMate as well.

The only minor suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if the cable package was slightly better or the TV's were capable of using streaming services.

The facilities were clean, updated and comfortable. It was very nice and quiet and the distance from downtown was not a concern at all. Staff were all very friendly and helpful as well.

Some of the equipment in the exercise room did not work properly. Unfortunately, we did not know that the location was a bit further outside of Banff and walking into the city was not possible as the bike lane was not cleaned off the snow so we had to take the car each time. However, otherwise a very nice accommodation.

Very big room and restaurant right at the property. Squash courts were great :) also guest laundry is provided.
