The noise from above was horrible! We got In at 1 am and were exhausted after traveling from Vancouver Island. The above room had us up at 5am! Did make a complaint to front desk. Also asked for a different room with a King size bed, which they accommodated. I will be coming to Kelowna a fair bit and would like to stay at thos hotel again.

No one cleaned our room after the first night, so we had a pile up of dishes from the breakfast. I called the front desk when we got back from our day out and they said housecleaning must have missed us but were already off shift to come and clean. The person at the desk did bring us some things we needed like towels and toiletries.

Could not sleep a wink. We stayed for 2 nights. First night, there was a dog in the room beside us that barked all night long. Second night, our neighbours were stomping around and screaming all night. One of the beds had a big dip in the middle and was super uncomfortable. Besides that, hotel was great.

As we had to depart prior to breakfast, the check-in staff offered us a breakfast bag to be ready for our 530 am departure. The night auditor said he didn't have it for us as someone took more bags. He only had 3 left, if we waited he would try to make two more. We declined as we had to catch a flight. Was just not happy as he had some bags ready but insisted we waited, we left.

Lots of school kids (sport team) using the pool and hot tub, leaving not a lot of space for other users. But that comes with weekends during the school year, I guess🙂

Finding the breakfast area without walking outside in the snow!

The shuttle service found me early, so I was grateful, since I my flight wasn't arriving until 11pm! It was appreciated.

Bedding was overly starched & crunchy. Not very comfortable for sleeping.

The Manager was very helpful & accommodating, the free breakfast was very substantial & the pub meal was tasty with great service.

This particular trip we were in town over Christmas to see my husbands mom in the hospital. When asking the front desk if he knew of any places that were open on Christmas Day for meals he handed us the Kelowna dinning guide and said sorry I am not from Canada I don’t know the answer to that.

This is our 3rd time staying at the property the facility is always very clean. The breakfast is much better than any other hotels that we have stayed at in the area. It’s definitely our go to place to stay when we are in Kelowna.

Our room had 2 queen beds and when booking that was the only option. The room is good value if you split it between 4; however an alternative option to have a smaller room with 1 bed at a slightly cheaper price would have been preferred.
