TV had no wi fi and the front desk had no idea what we were talking about It was a smart tv but he didn't have a clue how to fix it so he gave us a hdmi cord and said for us to plug in a laptop

The location. Trains go by every 5 mins.

In the evenings, some guests would leave the pool area (basement) and walk through the building to the lift without using pool towels. Hence, at times the lift floor was very wet which was a hazard. Perhaps more signage to suggest that people dry off before exiting the pool area and returning to their rooms would not go amiss. However - this was a very minor issue and the property was still great to stay at!

Nice place to stay with free parking. Good location. There was a train track behind the property but the room was very well soundproofed and we never heard the train (even though we saw it). Room was large and comfortable. Good breakfast spread!

The AC is horribly loud, almost impossible to sleep when it‘s running, but the room got crazy hot otherwise. The bed was way too soft for our taste.

The breakfast being in the basement felt a bit dingy. The breakfast foods were awful and worse than prison food.

Facilities: The elevator was not working for three days. After checking in, I had to carry my heavy luggage to my third floor room using stairs.

I found that the variety of breakfast foods kind of lacked. They have waffle and pancake makers but other than that it was kind of lacking. We also stayed on the third floor and you could hear everything in the room upstairs both nights that we stayed. The walls are paper thin

In our room must have been someone before that smoked. But since we just stayed for one night, arrived quite late and already asked the receptionist for a lot of help to get our laundry done, we didn't ask for a different room.

The staff is very gentle and helpful. The location is excellent. It is less than 10 minutes to the downtown by car. Also, there is a CTrain stop at 7 min by walking. By car, the Chinook Mall and the Zoo are at 7 minutes and 10 minutes, respectively. Additionally, the breakfast, pool and hot tub are good. I'll book it again my next time in Calgary.

Love the breakfast - variety of options. Your receptionists were 5-star! Though I forgot their names :( The gentleman manning the reception on 9 July (we checked in around 3PM), and the lady (Filipina, I guess) on duty on the morning of 10 July (we checked out around 10AM) - they were both very helpful and friendly!
