The hot tubs needed to be scrubbed more regularly as there was a definite line of body film both days we went to use them.

The rain shower we had wouldn't stay on and often turned off on its own. In addition to it never fully turned off and dripped the whole night. Also, the fireplace didn't work. When booking the room, I was under the impression we had a view of the water, but upon arrival, we got a view of trees. I don't know if it was the way the resort was advertising on booking.com, but it was a bit of an upset to see we didn't get what the pictures depicted.

I loved the soaker tub, it made the stay that much more relaxing.

The sound of the ocean and the view from our balcony was the highlight. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub on site but we were content to enjoy our private soaker tub in our room. Our room also had a rainforest shower and luscious house coats. The comfortable king size bed with quality duvet and pillows was the icing on our spa like stay.

The workout space/room is a bit of a hallway and has limited equipment. The hot tubs although clean, were very frothy/soapy

Enjoyed our stay so much last year that we had to return... upgraded to a 'limited view one bedroom' on this occasion, which we really liked for the kitchenette and being on the quiet West side away from pool/hot-tubs... but still has good ocean + Pacific Trail views. Staff were excellent in providing extras [eg.Nespresso machine ] and even returning/mailing a forgotten charger!

The hot tub facilities are a bit tight. There’s two small hot tubs and a cold plunge pool. However, the view from these is unbeatable. It was just hard to get a spot since it was quite busy.

Amazing location and lovely staff. The restaurant on site was delicious and we really enjoyed it.

Amazing location, friendly staff and a perfect location by the ocean. Ucluelet is nice and quiet but also allows you to be able to experience Victoria Island. Would recommend and will be coming back.

Wow! What a magnificent property. If you can afford it, stay here....you will not be disappointed. We had a king suite that was like a little apartment. Amenities included were a soaker tub, rain shower, small kitchenette, heated bathroom floor, fireplace, and balcony. In hindsight, we should have booked more nights. But there is always a next time.

Every night (different) people were smoking cannabis near our rooms, while we had our windows open. Not very comfortable when lying in bed. The in-room bathroom has a window between bathroom and bedroom, I would have preferred a closed-off bathroom.

Resort on a beautiful location at the ocean side, with many rooms having Oceanview (recommended to check at booking! if available). Professional and helpful staf. Good dining options in the resort. Large and overall comfortable rooms. Good parking options near your room. From the parking lot beautiful oceanfront trails start. I think this place has a good price-quality balance. Early booking is recommended to ensure ocean view accommodation. A nice beach is within walking distance, excellent place to watch sunset. The town Ucluelet is within walking distance.

The main restaurant was a bit pricey so we just chose not to go. The adjacent bar did perfectly good food that seemed like it came from the same kitchen.

Breakfast was awesome. Pet was treated like a guest.
