You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe morning staff on the counter was rude towards my friend. I arrived late due to flight delays and front desk guy kept bothering my friend for credit card when I had already submitted my credit card information online. My friend then submitted credit card info and also messaged me to email the hotel regarding my flight delay which I did as well as emailed my credit card to the Manager through an form that I received on email. The front desk guy did not even acknowledged that he is being rude and rolled his eyes at my friend. At the end, I had to politely let go of the conversation. It is frustrating when such good stay is ruined my unprofessional attitude of the staff.
The location was really good. Plus the breakfast was amazing.

CanadaIt had no elevator for those of us who have difficulty with stairs. It was also very full with guests, as were many full hotels, but they could be heard up & extremely noisy into the early morning hours.
It was close to the Trans Canada Highway and restaurants. Staff were accommodating for our needs. Security was on site for good reason.
