We where charged amenity fee ( using the pool ) I assume- they advertise hot tub - not working . We wanted to have our dinner in the restaurant, unfortunately the menu was restrictive

The swimming pool was the main reason for the booking of this hotel but the chlorine was so strong that it burned my daughter’s skin and mine so we didn’t swim for more than 10 minutes . Everything else was great but the pool

The price was high

It was our wedding on the Saturday, me and my bridesmaids stayed on Friday night and had hair dressers, makeup artist and friends coming during the next day, the space our room was just enough for all that. On the Saturday night me an my husband stayed alone. The beds are very comfortable, in fact the entire room is very comfortable. Not a sound over night, their is a smell in the air so light and luxurious. Wee absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

That you had to be buzzed in to use the pool.

The pool was amazing. My children loved the pool. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. My son had the pull out sofa room all to himself. We liked that the bed was already made up for us. The cozy robes were a lovely touch too.

Sad that the buffet had such institutional eggs( not sure they were real eggs)and gummy muffins. Maybe sort on staff to scramble real eggs but it would have left a better impression after everything else was amazingly good. If hotel really reads this they should have that buffet breakfast of eggs and muffin and see for themselves.

Really nice rooms. Dinner was superb. Staff very friendly and professional. The hounds are very pretty. You never feel like you are next to the highway once you go into hotel and riverside. Very nice bar.

I think because of the time of year the regular restaurant didn’t seem to be open or an open lounge bar but this was minor given the positives of the facility

Most luxurious hotel we’ve ever been to in Canada !!!! Beds very extremely comfortable and there was attention to detail towards every little thing! Highly impressed !!

Beds are a bit on the soft side and the sofa bed was not great. I think the springs in the sofa bed needed a change. Although the ambiance is great, there is a bit of old façade to the hotel from outside.

The décor and ambiance of Chateau Vaudreuil is hard to match. Very beautiful location. Great staff. We appreciated the pool and the walk by the lake. We enjoyed the free kayaking with the family. There are many amenities in nearby Vaudreuil if you want to remain in the area.

Would have liked a second option coffee bar and light snack option. To include an ice cream perhaps.

The setting in wonderful grounds, isolation from the urban sounds > a well designed hotel. Whilst a bit distant (40 minute drive) from downtown Montreal, proved ideal for access the airport (YUL) merely 20 minutes at 7.30 am. Front desk staff were extraordinary helpful and understanding, a geriatrics challenge to print flight boarding passes. We'd have no second thoughts staying here again.
