The smell of subway overwhelming my room the entire stay was disgusting

I was disgusted by the unrelenting smell of "subway" the entire night. Who one earth puts a guest room above a fast food place? So gross I'd never go back

Coffee but no coffee machine, Styrofoam cups, no dead bolt on the doors, unfinished bathroom, cheap towels, no hair dryer, toiletries were low quality, no extra bedding.

The coffee pot should be thrown out. It took an hour to heat the water. Most of it ended up on the floor from the leaking and spewing out of steam. I finally ended up with enough hot water for a cup of tea.

There was no breakfast nor was it mentioned. If it was I would have returned to the office in the morning

Bedding especially pillows really hard , lightbulbs missing in room. Tissues empty, no coffee maker. Everything felt dirty. Long hairs (not ours) on bedding and in sink.

There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised , also not even a coffe maker in the room. That was a first. Bedding looked old ,dirty, with lots of moths flying around. Bedding needs complete redo.

This is a very old, dated property with bed linens, carpet, everything in room from maybe the 1950s and the price was very expensive, in the level of much better quality locations. Only one place in town was updated & it was booked.

The family suite needs some fresh paint on the walls. There was only hot water for one guest, the other two had cold showers.

Satellite TV was out all morning and staff wasn’t able to troubleshoot.

Breakfast at Subway surfised. Something is always better than nothing. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly.

It was CLOSED!! Was flooded and doing renos! No alternate options. Had to find another hotel good thing it was a weekday and there was still a vacancy elsewhere

No, breakfast or voucher for breakfast available. Shower was new, mirror over sink, just laying there loose, closing the bathroom door made it sound like it was bouncing around. No security lock on door, put chair in front of door to at least feel it was safe. Should have been completely shut down until renovated!!!!!

Location was easy to find, but from the road you had a hard time to tell it was open, it was under construction.

I booked this place on the basis of ratings from Booking.com! I don’t know how this place could be given 4 🧿 on your site! It’s in URGENT need of large scale renovations and updates. The door hardly closed, the furniture was dilapidated, windows dirty, the ensuite ceiling had been repaired but not finished…. The list goes on,,,, and on! To cap it off, the price was way, way above what the room was worth!

We’ll just say the place has a gym (of sorts), a splash pool and the breakfast is supplied via Subway (same owner), it is quiet, but run down

Bed was very old an uncomfortable. Air conditioner was exceptionally noisy! Very badly needs renovations completely in rooms. “Breakfast” was a muffin. Coffee was not even made.

Continental breakfast is not included, instead it is just a muffin with coffee at Subway, though the service was friendly.. I also had to set up the TV by myself, as it was not communicating with the box at first..

Dangerous and unsafe. Price was outlandish for the quality. The suite we rented had no numbers and the key we were given opened both suites. I startled an elderly lady when my key opened her door. We considered leaving but it was already 10pm and we needed to sleep. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I spent the night unable to sleep or get any rest whatsoever. The television in my room was broken. Not that it mattered much. There was only one channel. There was a poorly patched fist hole in the door. Bathroom door didn't even close, let alone lock. There are no secondary locks on the room doors and keys open multiple doors in the facility. There were NO SMOKE DETECTOR. NO CO2 DETECTOR. I don't know how a place like this can stay open or even be licensed. We paid over $300 for our suite which is ridiculous.

The person who checked us in was friendly.

Cashe Creek Inn gives a bad name to booking.com and independent roadside motels. The issue is integrity. In this case bait and switch. Advertised amenities disappeared after check-in. There wasn't a breakfast, nor a workout room and definitely NO facility maintenance. The sign says recently renovated rooms. The truth was demonstrated by the cigarette burn on the toilet set. And then there is the broken down wreck of a car in the parking lot. According to the clerk, it has been there since March. You can believe me as a 29 year owner of an independent motel in the U.S. Do not book or stay (I wanted to NOT check in and the clerk reminded there isn't a cancellation)
