That our stay was too short

The location is just perfect to relax. Our room was perfect with a great view. The geese in the morning were so cute to watch. Everything was clean an with love arranged.

Lisa is THE best. Unfortunately there was a detour because of road work and I couldnt get my car up the detour. Lisa was so incredibly nice to drive me to my car a few times so I didn’t have to take my car on the detour. She was also amazing in organizing champagne for us on the night I proposed. Our accommodation was spotless and had all the amenities you could think of. Yes there is a 3km gravel road, but I drove it in my Jetta so anyone else should be fine. I almost wish I didn’t have to write a review because I just want to book this place all to ourselves.

The road in was a little rough but the inconvenience was well worth it when we got to our final destination!

Quite a way out of town and no shop or restaurant facility

We loved our private cottage! It had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was modern and fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck off our cottage was lovely with a view of the water and ocean.

All was good - no negatives

The accommodation was really good and comfortable. Having a covered porch with chairs was a bonus as the view from our cabin was excellent. Watching the deer stroll by was interesting.

It was over 3 km on a not well kept gravel road every time we wanted to go anywhere.

The view from our balcony was wonderful, the cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped & the living room was also comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was really nice & there were lots of lovely fluffy towels. Lisa was very welcoming & Megan had the place spotless.

Laundry facilities would have been good. Our particular cabin was always in the shade no matter what time of day. So couldn’t really sit out on our deck and enjoy the magnificent view.

A couple of hooks in the bedroom would have been useful, but that's all. We'd read beforehand that it was a gravel track to the site, but it was well maintained, so that caused us no issues.

Lovely location with beautiful views, well maintained site, excellent facilities in the cottage, very clean, comfortable bed and sofa bed, welcoming staff. Good coffee shop and brewery nearby. All round a super stay.
