Cleanliness of the bathroom… Overall it looked fine, but when we when to take a shower there was hairs left on the side of the tub 🤮 And the second thing that really annoyed me is the sound insulation… There was a big family with rooms infront and next to ours… Terrible. I could hear them all the time yelling and the kids playing around knocking on the doors and running back and forth down the hallway. Other than that, it was a pretty nice experience. Not the best, but rather worth the price.

Place is rather nice, not very big, 2 stories, so it was easy to access our room at the other side of the hotel even though there was no elevators. Probably would have a little bit annoying with suitcases, but wasn’t out case, so it was fine.

The room I had, 258, did not have an area to hang my coat. I had to place coat, scarf, hat on the chair. Thermostat in room was only to regulate heat in washroom. There was no indication on heat/air-conditioning unit as to how to make it function. Touch buttons are hidden under a upper lid therefore not visible. Since I have many allergies I use a lot of tissue paper (kleenex) to blow my nose. The tissue paper was rather ruff. I did not see any shower cap and wished to take shower without wetting my hair. So could not take shower. Carpeting in room could be updated but was clean, or wood flooring instead. Matress possibly a little old.

Continental breakfast had a good variety of foods to substantiate. Young woman working in breakfast room was very helpful and kind. She explained all that was available and how to make waffles and even helped me to make it. Also at night I did not know how to function heating unit and after making a call to reception a nice young man quickly arrived to show me. Room was clean, bathroom, bed sheets and pillows also. Glad the pillows were made out of synthetic material and not feathers because am allergic to feathers. Was accomodated to check-in earlier which was very appreciated. A table with coffee and tea in entrance lobby is a nice touch.

Was surprised there was no elevator, so had to carry suitcase upstairs, but must be an older property? We managed AOK, good thing our suitcases weren't too heavy.

LOVED the comfortable bed and comforter! Bathroom/shower were impeccable clean. Room was quiet, didn't hear any other guests during stay.

one night stay. Very clean including the busy breakfast area in the morning. Great job. Good breakfast. Large room. Comfi beds. Fantastic staff and management. Very convenient location next to the highway. Restaurants next to the hotel (McDo & Normanda). Easy access to the ferry to cross over to the old city of Quebec. Car & 2 passengers less than 15 Canadian dollars. 10 minutes mini cruise on the river :). Fantastic view over Quebec when crossing the river.

While my stay was generally positive, there were a couple of areas that could have been improved. Firstly, the bathrooms, although functional, could have been cleaner. This aspect is crucial for a pleasant hotel stay, and I hope the hotel addresses this issue in the future. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited in terms of variety and quality. A more diverse and appealing breakfast menu would have been a welcome addition.

I appreciated several aspects of my stay at the Levis hotel. Firstly, the rooms were impeccably clean, providing a reassuring and comfortable environment after a long journey. Additionally, the availability of free parking was a significant advantage. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable rates, particularly during weekend stays when I visited Quebec City. This affordability made it an ideal choice for short getaways that didn't strain my budget. Moreover, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience.

We appreciated the breakfast. It exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable, even the pullout bed. Staff was friendly and willing to help and answer questions.

There's no elevator. Didn't enjoy having to haul our stuff upstairs. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of people trying to use it. I ended up eating breakfast standing near the reception desk while my family sat on a couch.

Perfect location close to the highway after a long day of travel. Didn't hear a thing once we were in our room.

Air conditioning unit in the room VERY noisy and too close to the bed. Room should be switched around moving the chair next to the AC unit and the bed farther away where the chair was. Might help a bit.

Very clean hotel, including rooms and bathrooms. Helpful personnel. Extremely clean bathrooms. Breakfast was better than I expected too, good variety.
