Construction was happening in main lobby but noise was minimal and not late.

Room listed as having a spa tub instead has a regular shallow bathtub. Blond hair in shower and room was very dusty.

The pool could be a little warmer.

The staff were super friendly from the man who checked us in to the maintenance man to the cleaning staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. It was a little noisy with people coming back and forth from the pool to their rooms but we didn’t mind and it was always quiet after the pool closed at 10. The beds were very comfortable, modern decor, updated tvs. My 3 kids (4,7 and 9) and I had a great stay. They loved the pool and I loved the seating around the pool so I could read while they swam for hours.

Lobby under construction, staff seemed unable to keep up with cleaning up after guests that were back and forth to the pool and breakfast. Seemed like staff couldn't keep up with the complimentary coffee and water or keeping the lobby clean. Maybe more staff when lobby under construction?

We really liked our stay at this hotel on spring break. Even though it was under construction and messy. The room was really big, we liked the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast. the decor was really nice in the room.

Pool area needs some love. Showers by the pool didn't work. Towels were frequently not stocked.

Renovated rooms were great. Communication about ongoing renovations around the hotel was appreciated. Kids had a blast at the pool. Breakfast had good variety.

I was upset that I had booked a Jacuzzi Suite and then the morning of my checking in I learned they don't have any Jacuzzi Suites anymore, had I known beforehand I would have looked for other options, they did offer free cancellation, but most of the hotels were booked due to spring break and Hockey.

The location was good, continental breakfast was good. Our room was a nice size.

Two tiny things that didn’t necessarily make or break our stay, just observations but the beds weren’t very comfortable and we could hear almost everything when people were walking through the hallways. The walls seemed awfully thin compared to other places we have stayed.

We loved the updated rooms! So classy very modern. Hot breakfast a little something for everyone and the location we had so many little shops /strip malls right by.

Nothing really to complain about. It’s currently being renovated but it wasn’t a big deal. The upgrades look good!

One reason I picked this hotel was that it advertised an airport shuttle...and they didn't have a shuttle, which added over $30 to the cost since I had to take a taxi. Then there was a weird vibration (HVac??) that was distracting all night long. And breakfast was free, but nothing remarkable.

In theory, the location was good, right on the main road through Kelowna. The room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean around the floor on the toilet, and in the toilet. Luckily, I have my own Lysol wipes with me, we arrived after 4 PM and all the cleaning staff had gone home for the day. So we scheduled the deep clean bathroom for the next day, And had our do not disturb sign on the door knob until about quarter after 10 in the morning, the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom stating that they do not disturb was on the door, but I did let the front desk know as we left that we were now leaving and the sign has been put back inside the room, the staff never went back to clean the bathroom. Breakfast was boring as the same day after day.

The room is a very good size, I liked the decor, the location was very good for us, the staff was great, especially Janice.

There were two hockey teams, one gymnastics team and a basketball team staying at the hotel the same time we did and the kids were not quiet. Not the hotels fault but you could hear the kids running up and down the hallway and slamming hotel doors until 11pm and as early as 530am. Before we used to have a room at the far end of the hallway and this time our room was right across from the elevator. Will request a room at the end of the hall next time.

The staff were amazing. We have been staying at this hotel every winter for years as we stay here for a few days before and usually a day after we go to Big White with our kids. Decent breakfast. Good water slide and pool. Close to amenities. And the staff were super friendly. First rate staff!

Breakfast was a little lacking. We arrived at 9am, 1 hour before breakfast was over and found items not restocked. This included orange juice, milk, bacon and sausages. 4th floor hallway/ common area could have been a little cleaner. Overall however great value!

Great place. They don't call it Comfort for nothing. Everything was very comfortable and not outdated. We stayed in the King w/ sofa bed for family of 4 and was comfortable with space. The breakfast is great with many options. The pool was a nice addition. Friendly front desk. Chrome cast. I will definitely look to book a accommodations through Comfort inn and suites in the future wherever that may be.

Location is a bit dicey - street exit is a bit dangerous due to poor visibility of oncoming street traffic. Hotel not on a main street in Kelowna.

There was not much green space around to walk long distances. However, I did see a bike and walking trail a short distance away.

The breakfast had a good variety of hot food. The indoor pool and whirlpool were very nice. It was conveniently located right off the main highway. Also, this is a new establishment, so very clean and pleasant.
