We had a great 2-night stay at Cozy House B&B. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable in every manner. The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.

It needs accessible power bar at the bedroom end tables. The kitchen only has two chairs. The host may consider adding two folding chairs.

We were greeted on arrival and shown the place, off street parking is a plus, quiet neighborhood and quiet house, spotlessly clean, handybcoffee, tea and snacks available with our stay, and in walking distance to the major attraction of the location.

There's nothing to not like.

The Cozy House really does feel like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, with everything you need and helpful hosts. Less than 20 minutes walk to the falls but in a quiet residential area with a Wego bus stop at the bottom of the road. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to stay in Niagara Falls.

Cozy House is literally just that! It is so warm and welcoming! Water and little snacks are provided and you have the privacy of your own bathroom in your room. It's a perfect distance away from Niagara Falls and all of the excitement! We would definitely visit again!

Quite close to the main attractions, but far enough so that you will not be disturbed by the "crowd" noise (cars, attractions, people). Clean rooms and we were provided every morning with snacks and fruits for an easy start of the day. You can use the kitchen if you want to make breakfast.

I really don't know... it was just such a nice stay, I can't think of anything I would change.

Everything you would want in a B&B. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very welcoming hosts. Easy check-in. Walking distance to Niagara Falls - which is a bonus because parking down at the falls is expensive.

There was nothing we disliked. We just wished there was a way to toast our bagels in the morning.

This is a charming B&B (no breakfast). We stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom suit, which was perfect for our family of 3. There was a tiny kitchenette we could use, with a refrigerator, caffe, tea and a microwave. We managed to have a quick breakfast there every morning. The place is quiet, clean and well maintained. Free parking was provided. The house is located in a residential area, about 10 minute walk to the falls. We would stay there again.

Very nicely decorated, nicely maintained and very clean. Lots of drinks, snacks and parking available. Lots of food options nearby, and a pleasant 20 min walk to the edge of the Canadian falls.

Everything was great at this bnb. Definitely recommend! The owner of the house was super kind throughout :) The walk to the falls was like 20 minutes.

Rooms were spacious, spotless, and serene, including the wash room supplied with all the necessary toiletries, numerous towels and a hair dryer. Water and snacks were provided free along with the use of refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater, plates, cups and utensils. Easy unrestricted parking with nice quiet surroundings. I also feel the security measures in place added to our safety/comfort reassurance.

The only issue we noted was that the pillows weren’t the best. Everything else was wonderful.

You do rack up some mileage walking back and forth!

Very good way to avoid staying in an over priced hotel. Decent but not ideal location. Can still visit the falls on foot.
