Coffee in the Clubhouse was terrible.. For such a lovely accommodations and property I would have expected to be able to order a cappuccino..

My room om the ground floor with patio overlooking trees and greenery was beautiful to wake up to. Very comfortable and clean. Location was good for business meetings around the Courtenay/ Comox area.

I don't like the new method of using two sheets wrapped around a duvet. I would much prefer a proper duvet cover. When the two sheets separated during the night the duvet did not feel very nice The unit was showing it's age.

The breakfast available at the Atrium was good, but more than we could eat. The location was really nice with the landscaped golf course around it. The room was quite comfortable.

There were a lot of little things broken in the room including fridge( leaking) toilet, ( kept running after flushing) Wifi was weak and could not connect. Small tv’s for such a large room !!

Having a room on the golf course, although the place was basically empty , we did not get a room with a view!!

All the ants in our room. We did call the front desk and they moved us to another room. There was no maintenance or other staff working so we had to walk to the main reception area to get a new key. The cottages are quite a walk from the reception area.

A beautiful and spacious suite, very comfortable and quiet. The jacuzzi tub was amazing, I only wish I had seen the starlight feature sooner.

We arrived at night and it was a little hard to see where you were supposed to be driving to find your rooms.. There was a big padded frame around the kingsize bed that was sticking way out past the end of the bed. It is a tripping hazard and definitely hard on the toes as there was a only small path at the end of the bed. Also no microwave. The rug was in need of a good vacuum. There was a issue with the bathtub plug as well.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was nicely laid out. The view was wonderful..

The fireplace in the living room did not work. I would make sure I booked a lower level next time since I am 82 years old and my husband 79. It was hard climbing stairs but wow it was worth it! Cutlery did not add up and there were only 3 forks lots of other knives etc. We didn't need anymore but it should show even number of forks, spoons, knives when you come and when you leave. Coffee was very strong in the restaurant, so we ordered a pot of hot water.

It was the best omelet ever! Staff were very courteous and helpful! You were made to feel so welcome when you arrive and feel so at home. It was so relaxing and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. We would love to go back again someday.

Nice newly renovated room , bed a bit soft and too much motion transfer for us, bedding was nice but too perfumed. Toilets in dire need of upgrades so slow and low to the ground

For a first class well accommodated villa, the quality of the bathroom tissue was wanting. Inadequate directions to the lobby caused us to walk completely around the facility from the parking lot. Then we had to reload our luggage and traverse to the villa. A ramp from the parking lot would have been most helpful.

Breakfast was not yet available. Location was excellent. Accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The service charge, was for golf balls, use of the gym, water in the room and other small things. We are not golfers and did not require use of the gym and during our 4 night stay only had two bottles of water. Our room was on the pricy side (but worth it), so why charge another 15cad a day?

Lovely setting amongst trees. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the weekend was very tasty.
