The breakfast buffet. Extremely overpriced for the quality. The only good experience was the server. I wish I had gotten her name, so I could give her credit. Incredibly friendly, fast, and was super nice to my daughter.

The pool was not open. The guests should be notified upon booking if the pool is not open. The restaurant food was good but expensive.

The bed was so so comfortable and the TV giant. The front staff was very nice.

We choose the hotel because of the pool. The pool was closed. If we had of known the pool was closed we would have chosen another hotel. The guests should be notified upon booking that the pool is closed.

The staff was amazing. Our room was available at 1:30pm. The hotel called us when we were downtown to let us know. This was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk gave us snacks for the evening. We caught happy hour at the restaurant. The food was good and the server was wonderful. Thank you Lori and Daniel from Nova scotia.

The hot water takes forever to warm up. At first, I thought there was a problem but after running the tap for several minutes, the water eventually got up to temperature. Also water pressure wasn’t very strong.

Very clean and recently updated. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was very handy and efficient.

Swimming pool was closed for repairs but i was never informed of this although i booked 2 weeks in advance. I packed a bathing suit and planned my time with the intention to swim. I was also disappointed by the boring mediocre breakfast. Only quality items were the yoghurt parfaits and the cooked oatmeal. The rest of the food offered was cheap food court quality.

Airport road noise had to pay for full day parking even though we checked in at 11pm ond out by 7:30 am was told at booking morning food and parking was in pakage but still had to pay parking

The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Mark who works at the restaurant . The buffet breakfast and a la carte as options. Close to the airport, Toronto Congress and restaurants.

Well, the hotel is close to the airport and far from the city center, so you can't expect any access to shops and restaurants or etc. Breakfast was not good at all! It lacked taste, quality, and freshness, and the behavior of the breakfast staff was cold and unfriendly.

Easy and Early check in with receptionist Mr. Toni, he was very helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy and soft.

The room was a bit small, but it was ok.

Location is great for an early flight, shuttle super convenient. Bed was very comfy. Room was small but perfect for what we needed. We even used the pool, which was nice. Hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating.

shower could have been better. it was cold for ages until I figured out that you had to turn the handle more and more - so maybe that could have been clearer. also lighting could have been better in my room.

It was Dec.30 and there were a number of children and young people. They were noisy (which is Normal for kids I guess) in the hallway after 10 pm. I was trying to get to sleep as I had to leave at 6 am. I think there should be one floor for couples and singles ONLY. Other than the noise the hotel was excellent value.
